Human resource is a kind of strategic resource,which is very important for enterprises and has irreplaceable and uniqueness.Scientific and effective talent training can not only support the long-term development of enterprises,but also provide a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises.company H,which has been established for more than 60 years,is subordinate to the engineering construction section of CNPC.It has strong design and R&D strength and more than 300 intellectual property rights.It has successively undertaken more than 2000 key large and medium-sized projects.It is an important business support unit of CNPC.Behind the continuous success of company H,it is inseparable from a design team that can fight a hard battle.However,as the country promotes the structural transformation of non fossil energy and digital and intelligent are gradually integrated into the design,the traditional design methods and tools can no longer meet the strategic transformation and rapid development of company H,and the ability of the previous design talent team can no longer meet the needs of company H’s strategic transformation.This paper studies the optimization of design talent training in company H.Firstly,it summarizes the relevant theories of competency,person post matching and incentive,combs the current situation and existing problems of design talent training in company H in detail,and deeply analyzes the reasons for these problems.Based on the theoretical analysis of post competency and service ability,this paper puts forward four job competency design models,which are based on the quantitative analysis of post competency and service ability.On this basis,this paper first defines the objectives and tasks of design talent training of company H,establishes four optimization principles of effectiveness,integrity,pertinence and continuity,and puts forward three optimization strategies: optimization of design talent management mechanism,improvement of design talent competency and optimization of design talent training,It also puts forward two safeguard measures: dynamic adjustment of grade and scientific incentive mechanism,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization strategy of training design talents.The research of this paper can provide some reference for the design talent training of company H in the period of strategic transformation.At the same time,it has a certain reference significance for solving the similar talent training problems encountered by the same type of enterprises in strategic transformation.
