Professor Liu Li’s Clinical Experience On Treating Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:Through collecting,sorting and data analysis of the medical record prescription of the stable angina pectoris treated by Professor Liuli,this paper probes into the law of the medication of the tutor in SAP,and summarizes the academic experience and thought of the tutor’s clinical treatment of SAP,and provides more clinical basis for the Chinese medicine to treat SAP.Method:Prescription of traditional Chinese medicine were collected for 2016-2017 years in Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine hospital outpatient cardiovascular department patients with SAP,collation,entry Microsoft Excel to establish a database,using statistical software SPSS21.0 to analyze the frequency analysis and clustering of the data in the database,and the commonly used drug categories and tropism of taste statistics,according to the statistics results of drug law professor Liu Li in the treatment of SAP,and the results are summarized according to statistics of the academic tutor.Results:1.In this study,291 cases of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for SAP were collected,a total of 128 Chinese herbal medicine,the total frequency of 5,977 times,through the frequency analysis of the tutor to treat SAP commonly used drugs have 39 taste,the total use of the frequency of 81.24%,analysis and summary of the commonly used 11 durg pairs and 6 prescriptions.2.The classification of the 68 Chinese herbal medicines with frequency of more than or equal to 15 times and the odor naivelization statistics showed that the tutor used tonic medicines,blood circulation and stasis drugs,phlegm drugs and drugs for regulating qi flow in the clinical treatment of SAP commonly used drug categories;warm,cold and mild are the main ones,and the herbal tastes are mainly sweet,bitter and acrid;meridian distribution more for heart,liver,spleen,lung four Classics.3.Analysis of the 39 core drugs of the tutor for SAP was carried out to obtain different drug combinations of 9 type efficacy.Conclusions:1.Professor Liu Li in the treatment of SAP commonly used drugs have tonic medicine,blood circulation drugs,phlegm medicine and drugs for regulating qi flow,commonly used drug to warm and cold,mild,taste sweet,bitter and acrid,multi drug meridian is heart,liver and spleen and lung by four.2.Professor Liu Li that the pathogenesis of sap can be " deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm,stagnation" to sum up,so the main treatment to tonify deficiency,taking into account the promoting blood circulation and stasis,reducing phlegm and clearing damp,dispersing and rectifing the depressed liver-energy.3.Professor Liu Li attaches importance to"Psycho-cardiology treatment"and "treating phlegm and blood stasis",in addition,advocating the idea of"preventive treatment of disease" and "combination of disease and syndrome".
