The Research Based On Association Rule And Entropy Clustering Algorithm Of The Principle Of Herbs Used By Professor Wang Hui In Treating Diabetes

Objective Application of computer data mining technology,to discuss the principle of prescriptions and herbs used by professor Wang Hui in treating the diabetes,Comprehensive arrangement and summary of Professor Wang Hui’s clinical experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods To collect professor Wang Hui’s prescriptions of thetreatment of diabetes,the overall analysis of drug four properties and five tastes and meridian of the characteristics of the whole distribution,finding the herb’s usage frequency and association rule between the herbs in prescriptions based on the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary system software,using the unsupervised data mining methods such as Association rules apriori algorithm and complex system Entropy clustering,in order toanalysis professor Wang Hui’s experience in treating diabetes.Results To analyse 200 selected prescriptions,professor Wang Hui treats four properties and five tastescharacteristics of diabetes,is mainly cold,warm,flat,gan,bitter and xin,the top six channel tropism are spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian,kidney meridian,heart meridian,and to determine the herbs’ usage frequency and association rule between the herbs in prescription,the top ten are Chinese yam,atractylodes,astragalus root,figwort,rehmannia root,mulberry leaf,aoptis chinensis,rhizoma Anemarrhenae,digupi,angelica,common combinations are figwort and atractylodes,astragalus and yam,and so on,that adds up to 12 pairs,and discover 32 core combinations and 12 new prescriptions,the drugs are mostly from Professor Wang Hui’s self-made "Reducing turbid mixture" and "Heart calming and relaxing feeling decoction ",and combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,6 rules of drug use have been sorted out.Conclusion Professor Wang Hui has rich experience in the treatment of diabetes.Summarize the following: 1.pay attention to the body’s gasification,and emphasize that qi disease is the key pathology of diabetes;2.he is good at using herbs which nourishing Yin and clearing away heat and regulating Qi activity and he’s principle of using herbs is quite flexible butprecise;3.It is important to pay attention to the characteristics of the sexual flavor of prescription drugs,especiallyapplying method on pungent drugs for dispersion and bitter drugs forpurgation.Data mining method can be used to analyze old TCM doctors’ clinical experience.
