Professor Xiuge Wang In The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis Medication Rules And Experience Summary

Objective: The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform system(V2.5)was used to conduct data mining of professor wang xiuge’s medication rules in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis,and then to analyze and summarize professor wang xiuge’s experience in the treatment of this disease,and to explore potential drug combinations.Methods: Collected in jan 2012 to jan 2019,changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital endocrinology and professor Wang Xiuge clinics with subacute thyroiditis diagnosed by basis,the patient’s gender,age,symptoms,signs,tongue,pulse,syndrome differentiation,treatment agent for entry to the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine such as auxiliary platform system,the use of association rules and complex system entropy clustering,the entropy level of unsupervised clustering method to statistics,data mining.Results: A total of 104 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were collected in this study,with the largest number of patients in the 40-50 age range,accounting for 45.19% of the total number of patients.According to the results,the frequency of symptoms of this disease ranged from high to low in the order of anterior cervical pain,palpitation,goiter,fatigue,fever,sweating,etc.,and the syndrome type showed the highest frequency with excessive accumulation of heat toxin.According to the statistical results,the tutor used a total of 79 traditional Chinese medicines to treat the subthyroiditis during this period.The use frequency of more than 50 times of the drug a total of 20,according to the total frequency from high to low order,the top 10 is: bupleurum,summer withered grass,honeysuckle,forsythia,poria cocos,wild chrysanthemum,anemarrhena,platycodon grandiflorum,radix isatidis,coptis.Most of the traditional Chinese medicines used were cold ones,and the least were hot ones.In terms of medicine taste,bitter and astringent medicine is used more,while astringent medicine is used least.The drug belongs to the meridian,the hand shaoyin heart meridian of the drug.According to the law of formation,two new combinations were obtained.Conclusion:1 In my tutor’s opinion,poisonous damage of silk was the key to the pathogenesis of the disease,and the treatment of the disease was carried out by stages with the method of detoxification,dredging and dispersing of the collaterals as the method,which was usually divided into the acute stage(syndrome of obstructing the phlegm of heat poisoning,syndrome of qi stagnation and syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency)and the recovery stage(syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction,syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency).In the treatment,it is often used to clear the heat with wind,relieve depression with gas,and dissolve phlegm.In terms of drug use,"xin,bitter",mainly cold drugs,often in the heart,lung,liver,and thus developed two first treatment of the new methylamiditis prescription,for the future treatment of this disease to provide new ideas and reference.2 The deficiency of this study is that the sample size is relatively insufficient,which cannot fully summarize professor wang xiuge’s clinical experience in treating subthyroiditis.Need to continue to learn and understand in clinical,further in-depth exploration.
