Self-made Qingfei Decoction In The Treatment Of Postinfection Cough(phlegm Retention In The Lung Certificate)observation

Objective Through the mentors self-made Qingfei decoction in the treatment of Postinfection Cough(phlegm retention in the lung certificate)observation for observation,for its curative effect evaluation system and lay the Foundation for clinical practice and further research.Method Ninety PIC patients were accorded to the order randomly divided into western medicine group,traditional Chinese medicine group and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group.The western medicine group take the Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules(Asmeton).The traditional Chinese medicine group take the self-made Qingfei decoction.The combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group take the Asmeton and self-made Qingfei decoction.The period of treatment is 7 days.To observe the change of clinical symptoms points and evaluate clinical efficacy,LCQ and safety and in treatment for 7 days.Results The age and sex of the three groups were not different before treatment,and they were comparable(P> 0.05).1.Clinical curative effect:after treatment,the symptoms of the combine traditional Chinese western medicine group improved significantly,its total effciency was 96.67%,superior to the Chinese medicine group 83.33% and the western medicine group 81.48%,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group total effective rate difference is not significant(P> 0.05).2.Clinical symptom score in treatment after seven days:after treatment in the three groups of symptoms of cough,sputum,pharyngeal itching,bitter mouth score significantly reduced than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with three groups after treatment,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group in the treatment of cough,sputum,pharyngeal itching,bitter mouth clinical symptoms score were decreased significantly,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),but the other two medicine groups of cough,sputum,pharyngeal itching showed no statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Total score of clinical symptoms in treatment after seven days:after the three groups treatment,clinical symptoms total score decreased significantly compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with three groups after treatment,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group clinical symptoms total integral decrease is more apparent,and there is no significant difference between Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine treatment group,with statistical significance(P> 0.05).4.LCQ table questionnaire evaluation:the three groups conducted LCQ questionnaire evaluation,and the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group in improving the psychological,social and physiological factors.Conclusions The self-made Qingfei decoction has a good effect of clearing and relieving cough(phlegm),combined with Western medicine treatment can quickly alleviate the symptoms of cough,pharyngeal itching,and bitter mouth,and reduce the pressure of patients from life,work and psychology,offer a new way for the trearinent of PIC.
