Acupuncture And Moxibustion Based On Data Mining For Prescription Optimization Of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective With postherpetic neuralgia as the study disease,the research will establish a comprehensive literature database containing modern literature of acupuncture,and apply data mining method to analyze the rules of PHN prescription acupuncture treatment,and evaluate the optimal prescription for different acupuncture prescriptions for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia based on weight.Then we will form an advantage prescription recommendation finally.Method The research object of this paper was literature.We combined manual retrieval and computer retrieval method.Then we used data mining method for relevant documents that meet the inclusion criteria to analyze the frequency of common acupuncture therapy,the ascription of points of meridians,the position of points,association rules analysis,and then gave the weight value.Result The research analyzed the frequency of common acupuncture therapy,the ascription of points of meridians,the position of points,association rules analysis by using data mining methods and evidence-based medical evaluation.The specific results are as follows:(1)In commonly used acupuncture therapies,the highest usage rate is acupuncture(33.13%).The rest of the most commonly used in order are the blood cupping therapy(19.15%),acupoint injection(11.22%),electric acupuncture(11.01%),moxibustion(10.52%),fire needles therapy(6.74%),acupoint implantation and scalp are seldom used.(2)Acupoints frequency analysis results show that the highest frequency of use are Jiaji points and A-shi points(31.4%),following by the acupoints of foot and gallbladder(10.93%),hand and Yangming intestine(9.02%),foot and Yangming stomach(8.86%)and full sun bladder(6.94%).(3)Association rules analysis showed that the most relevant point group is Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Jiaji points and A-shi points,whose degree of support for the rule is 13.29%,the confidence level is 92.68%,and the document weight value is 82 points.Conclusion The results of this study show that the technique of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has been widely used in clinical practice and has a high therapeutic efficiency.Needle acupuncture is still the most prominent one for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,the rest of the most commonly used in order are the blood cupping therapy,acupoint injection,electric acupuncture,moxibustion,fire needles therapy.The highest frequency of use are Jiaji points and A-shi points,following by the acupoints of foot and gallbladder,hand and Yangming intestine,foot and Yangming stomach and full sun bladder.Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Jiaji points and Ashi points,which can be used as common points to provide the basis for clinical treatment of PHN.
