Objective:Toexplorewhether there is a correlation between helicobacter pylori(Hp)and chronic spontaneous urticaria(CSU)in northeast sichuan, and whether anti-helicobacter pylori treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic spontaneousurticaria, improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate. Methods:A toal of 110 patients with chronic urticaria who were admitted to the dermatology clinic of affiliated hospital of north sichuan medical college were included in the experimental group, and 100 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. The two groups underwent 14C breath test(UBT)respectively to calculate the positive rate of Hp in each group and determine whether helicobacter pylori is related to chronic spontaneous urticaria. At the same time, the merger of Hp infection patients in the experimental group according to random number table method were divided into group A and group B,to group A pure antihistamine treatment(loratadine tablets 10mg qd after A meal),to group B antihistamine treatment plus two weeks of anti-Hp quad therap(rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets 10mg bid before A meal, bismuth potassium citrate particles 220mg bid before A meal, amoxicillin capsules 1.0g bid after A meal, clarithromycin sustained release tablets 0.5g bid after the meal),six weeks of total treatment in both groups. The severity of pruritus and the condition of wind clusters were observed before treatment and 2th,4th and 6th weekends after treatment, and the effective rate of symptom score was calculated to determine the curative effect. At the end of the 6th week after treatment, helicobacter pylori was reexamined to compare the effective rate of the negative and non-negetive patient. After the treatment, the two groups of patients were followed up for six months to understand the recurrence.Results:1.The positive rate of chronic spontaneous urticaria groupwas 56.4%andthe health controlgroup was 35.0%.The positive rate of chronic spontaneous urticaria was significantly higher than that of the health control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.After Hp-positive patients in the experimental group were treated with different regimens, the improvement of the total score of symptoms and signs in group B was significantly different than that in group A at the 2th,4th and 6th weekends, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.After Hp-positive patients in the experimental group were treated with different regimens, there was a statistically significant difference in effective rate between group B and group A at the 2th,4th and 6th weekends(p<0.05).4.At the end of the 6th week of treatment, the effective rate of Hp transients in group B was higher than that of non-transients(p<0.05).5.Within three months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in group A was slightly higher than that in group B.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups within half A year(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.There maybe some correlation between helicobacter pylori and chronic spontaneous urticaria.2.For patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria complicated by Hp infection,anti-hp treatment can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and improve the efficacy within a certain period of time.
