Summary Of Clinical Experience Of Professor Xu Youqi In Treating Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:By summarizing the experience of Professor Xu Youqi in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,sorting out the characteristics and rules of drug use,through statistical analysis to explore its clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,targeted therapy and other anti-drug synergistic effects,To provide a new way of thinking and methods for TCM differentiation and treatment.Methods:This study collected the complete records from September 2018 to August 2020,which met the inclusion criteria,entered the patient’s name,sex,age,date of visit,case type into the SPSS 26.0 database,and carried out the basic information frequency statistics;The frequency statistics were carried out by using the EXCEL database;Using EXCEL to establish the prescription database of professor Chinese medicine for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,introduce it into the SPSS data analysis software,analyze the relevant information,analyze the correlation of high frequency drugs,and summarize the experience of professor Xu Youqi in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Results:Describing and analyzing the data of 183 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in the database,it was found that 232 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used,and the order of frequency more than 100 times was liquorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,ginseng,bitter almond,cat claw grass,Fritillaria thunbergii,Pinellia ternata,Chen Pei,Aster,Prunus subtilis,yam,Pleurotus mandshurica,White tongue grass,Fructus buckwheat.The frequency analysis of four-qi and five-flavor drugs with more than 10%frequency showed that the first three drugs were warm,cold and flat,and the first three drugs were sweet,bitter and symplectic.The frequency analysis of drugs with frequency more than 10%found that the lung meridian was the most.The use of high-frequency Chinese medicine mainly comes from the classification of 12 efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the first four are tonifying deficiency medicine,phlegm,cough,asthma,heat,blood circulation and blood stasis medicine.In the analysis of drug association with frequency of more than 20%,The first five supportive drug pairs were:Poria cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala,Fritillaria thunbergii and bitter almonds,cat claw grass and bitter almonds,Prunella subtilis and cat claw grass,Fritillaria thunbergii and cat claw grass,and the first five reliable drug pairs were:cat claw grass and Prunella vulgaris,Atractylodes macrocephala and yam,Poria cocos and yam,bitter almond and Fritillaria thunbergii,Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos.Conclusion:Through the data mining and analysis of professor Xu Youqi’s experience in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,it is concluded that the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer is mainly tonifying deficiency and strengthening qi,dispelling evil,and tonifying deficiency.
