Based On Data Mining, The Research And Clinical Experience Summary Of Professor Zhou Wenbo's Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Lung Cancer

Purpose: Use modern statistical methods to analyze the prescriptions of Professor Zhou Wenbo in the treatment of lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine in the past eight years,comprehensively analyze its clinical prescriptions,summarize its core academic ideas for the treatment of lung cancer,and provide a certain degree of clinical TCM treatment of lung cancer.Method: This study selected the medical records of lung cancer patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Wenbo in the outpatient and tumor wards of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2013 to November 2020.After collection,screening,and sorting,they will meet the criteria for inclusion and discharge.Enter the prescriptions and medicines of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5)" and establish the corresponding database,use data analysis,statistical reports and other related functions to mine the high-frequency core drugs in the data,the nature and flavor of the meridian,common drug pairs and new prescriptions Etc.,analyzed the statistical results,explored the characteristics and prescription rules of Professor Zhou Wenbo’s treatment of lung cancer,combined with Professor Zhou’s experience in the process of clinical follow-up,combed out his core academic ideas.Result: Professor Zhou used a total of 279 Chinese medicines for the treatment of lung cancer.Among them,53 were used more than 32 times.The top ten were licorice,astragalus,tuckahoe,jujube,ginger,tangerine peel,licorice,hawthorn,atractylodes,and coix seed.Among them,the most common types of traditional Chinese medicine are flavor tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,anti-epidermal drugs,and phlegm-relieving cough and asthmatic drugs.Warm drugs have the highest frequency,followed by cold and flat drugs.Sweet medicine is used most frequently,followed by bitter and pungent medicine.The spleen meridian has the most drugs,followed by the lung meridian and stomach meridian.Through the cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,it was found that 50 groups of commonly used drug pairs headed by "ginger-jujube" and 42 groups of highly correlated drug combinations headed by "Edocarpa-prunella" were found,and 14 core combinations and 14 cluster cores were obtained square.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhou thinks that lung cancer is caused by deficiency of vital energy and evil toxin.Heat,toxin,phlegm and blood stasis are the pathological products and pathogenic factors of the disease.2.Professor Zhou mainly used warm,cold and mild drugs,sweet,bitter and pungent drugs,mainly used spleen,lung and stomach channels,and mainly used tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,exterior resolving drugs,expectorant,antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs,and blood activating and stasis removing drugs.Licorice,astragalus,Poria cocos,jujube,ginger,tangerine peel,fried licorice,hawthorn,Atractylodes macrocephala,coix seed and other drugs with the highest frequency are commonly used by Professor Zhou in the treatment of lung cancer.3.Professor Zhou is good at using drugs,adding and subtracting drugs according to syndrome.On medication,we seek to strengthen the body and expel pathogenic factors,achieve the goal of nourishing the body and eliminating the accumulation,combine the dynamic and static drug compatibility,pay attention to the function of spleen and stomach,promote blood circulation and diuresis,clear lung and resolve phlegm.4.Self made prescription: Fuzheng Mixture: bamboo leaf gypsum Decoction and Shiquan Dabu decoction.Dilong Biejia ointment: Based on Qianjin Weigan decoction,add Dilong,Biejia and other drugs.
