| Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of gentong recipe in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),and to provide reference for clinical treatment of Lumbar disc herniation.Results:Sixty patients with LDH who met the inclusion criteria were selected.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.After admission,the two groups were given the same nursing and treatment measures and guided functional exercise.The control group was given oral celecoxib on the first day after admission,while the observation group was given the traditional Chinese medicine of Gentong prescription on the basis of the control group.4 weeks.The VAS score,JOA score,ODI score and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups at 1 day before treatment,3 days after treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment.Adverse reactions,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated and analyzed.Results:A total of 60 patients with LDH of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type were included in this study,and 60 patients were finally completed.The statistical analysis results are as follows:(1)Comparison of general data: There was no significant difference in gender,age,and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)JOA score,VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndrome score:(1)Comparison within the group: Compared with before treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups of patients at 3 days,1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks after treatment were the same.The VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndrome score were all lower than before(P < 0.05),suggesting that the two groups of treatment can improve the pain degree,lumbar spine mobility,quality of life and TCM symptoms.(2)Comparison between groups: There was no statistical significance in the JOA score,VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which were comparable.At 3 days after treatment,the scores of the control group were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the control group was better than that of the observation group at 3 days after treatment.The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that Gentong Recipe can improve the pain degree,lumbar spine function,quality of life and TCM symptoms of LDH patients after 1 week of treatment Better than oral celecoxib capsules.(3)Comparison of curative effects: after the 4-week course of treatment,the observation group showed 3 cured cases,19 markedly effective cases,7effective cases,and 1 ineffective case,with a total effective rate of 96.7%;the control group was cured in 2 cases,markedly effective in 8 cases,and effective in 16 cases 4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was86.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(4)Adverse reactions: During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups,and the safety was good.Conclusion(s):(1)Both the observation group taking Gentong prescription and the control group taking celecoxib can improve lumbar spine mobility,pain,quality of life and TCM symptoms in patients with LDH of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and the former has better improvement effect.(2)The immediate curative effect of Celecoxib Capsules is significant,but the curative effect is difficult to maintain.Gentong prescription has a certain cumulative effect.After one week of treatment,no matter in the improvement of lumbar spine function,the degree of pain of the patient,the quality of life and the traditional Chinese medicine In terms of symptoms,the curative effect was better than that of the celecoxib group,and the curative effect was more durable and stable.(3)Gentong prescription has good clinical application value in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type LDH low back and leg pain symptoms,and its effective rate is high.It has good properties,is cheap and simple,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
