Clinical Effect Of Wenyang Gushen Decoction Combined With Acupuncture On Diminished Ovarian Reserve With Kidney-Yang Deficiency

Objective:Wenyang Gushen decoction combined with acupuncture was used to treat patients with kidney yang deficiency type of dimished ovarian reserve(DOR),and to observe the improvement of sex hormones and symptoms,so as to provide reliable experimental basis for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 60 patients with dimished ovarian reserve function of kidney yang deficiency were included,and the included patients were randomly divided into groups.A total of 30 patients were treated with Wenyang Gushen decoction combined with acupuncture+fenmutong,and were set as the observation group;A total of 30 patients treated with fenbutone alone were set as the control group.Blood was collected on the third day of menstruation.Serum anti Mullerian hormone(AMH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)were detected by ELISA.Symptom observation tables were designed and symptom scores were counted.After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the changes of sex hormone level and symptom score were observed.Results:1.After Wenyang Gushen decoction combined with acupuncture + fenmutong,there was no significant difference in serum P value(P>0.05),LH(P<0.05),FSH,E2,FSH/LH and AMH(P<0.01)After treatment with fenbutone alone,there was no significant difference in serum P(P>0.05),LH,E2 and AMH(P<0.05),FSH and FSH/LH(P<0.01).It shows that the two treatment methods have a certain therapeutic effect on dor patients with kidney yang deficiency.There was no significant difference in serum hormone P between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).There was significant difference in LH and E2(P<0.05).There were significant differences in FSH,FSH/LH and AMH(P<0.01).It shows that traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has significant advantages in the treatment of DOR patients with fenbutone alone.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in sex hormone P in the treatment group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in LH and E2(P<0.05),and there was very significant difference in FSH,FSH/LH and AMH(P<0.01),indicating that Wenyang Gushen decoction combined with acupuncture+fenmotong therapy has significant advantages in the treatment of DOR patients with fenmotong alone.2.After the treatment of Wenyang Gushen decoction combined with acupuncture+fenmutong,there was no significant difference in the symptom scores of frequent nocturnal urination and edema of lower limbs in the treatment group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the symptom scores of waist and knee soreness,decreased sexual desire and mental depression(P<0.05)The symptom score and total symptom score of menstrual volume were significantly different(P<0.01).It shows that Wenyang Gushen decoction combined with acupuncture+fenmutong has a certain therapeutic effect on dor patients with kidney yang deficiency.After treatment with fenbutone alone,there was no significant difference in the syndrome scores of waist and knee soreness,frequent nocturnal urination,edema of lower limbs,shortness of breath and haggard teeth shaking compared with those of DOR patients with kidney yang deficiency before treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in syndrome scores of hypolibido,chilly limbs and menstrual volume(P<0.05),The syndrome scores of mental depression,menstrual cycle and menstrual symptoms were significantly different(P<0.01).It shows that fenmutong alone has a certain therapeutic effect on dor patients with kidney yang deficiency.After treatment with fenbutone alone,there was no significant difference in the symptom scores of patients in the control group(P>0.05).The symptom scores of hypolibido,chilly limbs and menstrual volume were significantly different(P<0.05),and the symptom scores of mental depression,menstrual cycle and menstrual period were extremely significant(P<0.01).It shows that fenmutong alone has a certain therapeutic effect on dor patients with kidney yang deficiency.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the symptoms of frequent nocturnal urination,edema of lower limbs and shortness of breath in the treatment group(P>0.05),that is,Wenyang Gushen decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion+fenmutong therapy had no significant advantage in the improvement of the above symptoms in the treatment of DOR patients with kidney yang deficiency by fenmutong alone.There were significant differences in waist and knee soreness(P<0.05),decreased sexual desire,fear of cold limbs,mental depression,menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual volume and total score of symptoms(P<0.01).It shows that Wenyang Bushen decoction combined with acupuncture+fenmotong has significant advantages in the improvement of the above symptoms and total symptom scores in fenmotong’s treatment of DOR patients with kidney yang deficiency.Conclusion:1.Wenyang Gushen decoction combined with acupuncture and fenmutong alone have a certain therapeutic effect on dor patients with kidney yang deficiency,and some sex hormones and symptoms have been improved to varying degrees.2.Wenyang Gushen decoction combined with acupuncture+fenmutong has significant advantages in improving sexual hormones FSH,LH,E2,FSH/LH and AMH in the treatment of DOR patients with kidney yang deficiency.3.Wenyang Gushen decoction combined with acupuncture+fenmutong therapy has significant advantages in improving symptoms and total score of symptoms such as waist and knee soreness,decreased sexual desire,chilly limbs,mental depression,menstrual cycle,menstrual period and menstrual volume in the treatment of DOR patients with kidney yang deficiency.
