Foot-Yangming Meridian Tapping Theapy Effect For The Lower Limbs Movement Dysfunction With Flaccid Paralysis Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective:In this study,we observed the effect of foot tapping on lower limb motor function of patients with ischemic stroke in the stage of paralysis,so as to explore a safe and effective home-based rehabilitation therapy for patients with ischemic stroke in the stage of paralysis..Methods:60 patients with ischemic stroke and flaccid stage with lower extremity motor dysfunction meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,30 cases in each group,the experimental group was Paida Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian combined with routine rehabilitation,the control group was given conventional rehabilitation therapy,both groups were given conventional neurology treatment and conventional rehabilitation training methods,and the experimental group was additionally treated with Paida Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy.The changes of lower extremity assessment items,modified Barthel index assessment(MBI),rectus femoris,biceps femoris,tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius muscle integral value(i EMG)in Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)before and after treatment were compared condition and record the duration of flaccid paralysis for assessment.Statistical analysis SPSS23.0 software was used to compare the statistical differences between the two groups.Results:1.The lower extremity FMA score of Paida Yangming Jing combined with routine rehabilitation therapy experimental group and routine rehabilitation therapy group were improved after treatment,and the lower extremity FMA score was higher than that before treatment(P<0.001);The FMA scores of the hind limbs were compared between groups,and the results showed that the experimental group of Paida Yangming Jing combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy was greater than the conventional rehabilitation therapy control group(P<0.05).2.The intra-group comparison of the i EMG scores of the rectus femoris,biceps femoris,tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius muscle between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,and the difference after treatment was greater than that before treatment(P<0.001);the experimental group Compared with the control group,the i EMG of the rectus femoris and tibialis anterior muscle after treatment was compared between the groups.By comparison,the results showed that the i EMG of the biceps femoris and gastrocnemius muscles of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.001).3.The MBI scores of the test and the control group were significantly different after treatment,and the MBI scores were increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion:Tap the meridian of Yangming foot in combination with conventional rehabilitation training on patients of ischemic stroke palsy lower limb motor function recovery has certain curative effect,and the effect is superior to the simple routine rehabilitation training,flap embodied in the meridian of Yangming foot can effectively activate rectus and biceps femoris,pretibial muscle,calf,improve patients with lower limb motor function and daily living ability.
