Analysis On The Medication Rule Of Deputy Chief Physician Gan Decheng In Treating DKD Based On Data Mining

Objective: Through the research on the clinical medical records of Deputy Deputy chief physician Gan Decheng in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes kidney disease,we use the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform to summarize the characteristics and laws of drug use in the diagnosis and treatment of DKD,explore its internal drug use experience,clinical thinking and academic thinking,and provide favorable dialectical drug use guidance for the clinical treatment of DKD.Methods: Collect 115 patients who were diagnosed as DKD in the diabetes Department of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to August2022 and who were prescribed traditional Chinese medicine by Gan Decheng.Enter the age,gender,composition of prescriptions,etc.into the corresponding forms.After data standardization,upload the data to the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform for gender,age,frequency statistics of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as statistics on the distribution of nature,taste,meridian tropism,and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Analyze communities and complex networks,export analysis results such as charts,and visualize the final data analysis results.Results: In 115 medical cases,there are significantly more males than females.The most common age group is 50-79 years old;There are 168 traditional Chinese medicines in total,with a total number of drug uses of 1844 times.The high-frequency drugs are: Chicken Endothelium 110 times,Astragalus 88 times,Pueraria lobata 85 times,Tuckahoe 68 times,Anemarrhena 66 times,Coptis chinensis 65 times,Mulberry leaves 64 times,Chinese yam 56 times,Ligustrum lucidum 48 times,Eclipta chinensis 47 times;The main properties of the medicine are calmness,coldness,warmth,sweetness,bitterness,and bitterness,while the main ones are entering the lung,stomach,spleen,liver,and kidney meridians;The main efficacy distribution is to promote fluid production and quench thirst,astringent essence and stop bleeding,dredge the throat,strengthen the stomach and digestion,promote diuresis and detumescence,and clear away heat and dampness;The commonly used drug pairs are:pueraria lobata-mulberry leaves,tuckahoe-astragalus,and astragalus-anemarrhena.Conclusion: When treating DKD,Gan Decheng takes the principles of tonifying the kidney,consolidating essence and discharging turbidity,promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,invigorating the spleen and removing dampness,clearing heat and moistening dryness,and attaches importance to the use of drugs for tonifying the spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation,clearing heat and promoting fluid production,promoting water and dampness,and promoting qi.The core drugs used are pueraria lobata,mulberry leaves,astragalus,anemarrhena,Tuporia cocos,coptis chinensis,,and chicken Neijin.The selected prescription is gentle,with both supporting the right and eliminating pathogenic factors.The medication is effective and complementary,and the compatibility is excellent.
