Exploring Professor Hao Yi’s Medication Rules And Experience Summary In Treating Reflux Esophagitis Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: Use the data mining function of the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance to sort out,summarize and analyze the collected qualified cases,explore the characteristics of Professor Hao Yi’s medication in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,combine his clinical academic experience,analyze the academic ideas,and make it effectively summarized and inherited.Methods: Collect 228 cases of reflux esophagitis diagnosed by Professor Hao Yi during the outpatient service of the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2022,and use the frequency,correlation,cluster analysis and other functions of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform to analyze and count the basic information,symptoms,medication frequency,four qi,five flavors,and meridian tropism of patients in the collected cases,Get the medication rules and generate new prescriptions,and summarize the tutor’s medication rules and ideological experience in treating reflux esophagitis.Results:1.According to the analysis and statistical results,the majority of 228 cases of reflux esophagitis were women,with the proportion of men and women being 1.00:1.21,and the age group was mainly 40-59 years old,accounting for 52.63%.2.In terms of clinical medication,tonic Chinese medicines account for the first place.The most frequently used Chinese medicines are licorice,atractylodes macrocephala,white peony,angelica,codonopsis pilosula,and astragalus membranaceus,followed by qi regulating drugs and cough and expectorant drugs.The commonly used qi regulating drugs include chinaberry,orange peel,citron,and orange peel.The commonly used cough and expectorant drugs include convolvulus,corrugating,and pinellia,which reflects Professor Hao Yi’s academic thought of treating the disease by attaching importance to strengthening the right and eliminating the evil,taking into account both samples,and regulating qi and reducing adverse reactions.The four qi and five flavors are mainly warm,cold,bitter,sweet and bitter,which is the reflection of Professor Hao Yi’s thought that he should pay attention to the combination of cold and warm,sweet and bitter,and calm for a long time.The three meridians of the spleen,liver and stomach are the main meridians of the medicine,which is the external manifestation of the idea of the tutor to make sure that the medicine reaches the place of the disease and the effect is direct.3.After frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis of software,Professor Hao Yi’s treatment six new prescriptions for this disease.New Recipe Combination 1: Zhuru,Pinellia ternate,Ginger,Perilla frutescens;New formula combination 2: Evodia rutaecarpa,calcined keel,Cyperus,corrugated fruit,cuttlebone,and calcined oyster;New recipe combination 3: scutellaria baicalensis,red peony,gardenia,alisma orientalis;New formula combination 4: Typhae,peach kernel,Chuanxiong,and cauliflower;New recipe combination 5: Amomum villosum,Chinese yam,Euryale,Acorus calamus,Polygala tenuifolia;New recipe combination 6: raw rehmannia glutinosa,cooked rehmannia glutinosa,ginseng,ophiopogon japonicus,atractylodes macrocephala,tuckahoe,coix seed.Conclusion:In the treatment of reflux esophagitis,Professor Hao Yi paid attention to reinforcing the deficiency and reducing the excess,taking into account both the sample and the spleen and stomach as the focus,throughout the treatment;In medicine,the basic principle is to use cold and warm together,and to open the bitter and reduce the bitter;Emphasize the same treatment of liver and stomach,mediate the qi mechanism of middle energizer;We should make good use of the idea of treating diseases before they become ill,and use psychotherapy to keep the spirit inside,balance the yin and yang,and eliminate the evil,so as to make the effect of traditional Chinese medicine more effective with less effort.The clinical efficacy has been verified by a large number of patients,and the academic thought and medication characteristics of the tutor are worth promoting,so that traditional Chinese medicine therapy can be more widely used in clinical practice.
