| In recent years,the society pays more and more attention to health,and women’s health has become a hot topic.As one of the four most common cancers in women,cervical cancer seriously affects women’s health.Research shows that 99.7 percent of cervical cancers are caused by HPV infection,and the successful marketing and promotion of the HPV vaccine has been a boon for women around the world.Currently,there are four kinds of HPV vaccines on the market in China,among which the most common type of HPV vaccine is the nine-valent vaccine,and the best age of the nine-valent vaccine is 16-26 years old,and female college students are in this age stage.From the perspective of health communication,the study used the theory of health belief,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to analyze the awareness and attitude of HPV vaccine among female college students in Zhengzhou,and analyzed the factors influencing the health behavior of HPV vaccination among female college students in Zhengzhou.The results showed that female college students’ cognition of HPV and HPV vaccine was at a medium and high level,but there were still some deficiencies in their cognition.There is a significant difference between female college students’ access to HPV-related information and their trust.Although social media is the main way for female college students to obtain relevant information,they have a lower degree of trust in the information conveyed by social media,but have a higher degree of trust in traditional media,hospitals,schools and other professional channels.Female students’ cognition of HPV and HPV vaccine relation with their attitude of vaccination,health belief level and their vaccination attitude,in addition,female college students of HPV vaccination positive but the actual coverage is low,according to the results of the interview,they are taking the vaccine in the process of the health behavior,They were affected by perceived health beliefs,such as limited financial conditions,difficulty in making appointments,and unsupportive family members.Based on the above research,three suggestions are proposed to promote the publicity and promotion of HPV vaccine: first,to strengthen the publicity of HPV-related content through authoritative channels to improve students’ health awareness;Secondly,improve the professional and comprehensive content of communication,improve the cognitive ability of female college students;The last is to increase social support for HPV vaccination and reduce barriers to perceived health behavior among female college students. |
