The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris (Blood Dryness Syndrome) With Runzao Xiaobi Decoction

Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore and evaluate the efficacy and application prospect of Runzao Xiaobi decoction in the treatment of psoriasis by observing the changes of skin lesion recovery,TCM syndrome and the improvement of quality of life in patients with psoriasis(blood dryness syndrome).Methods:Patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were treated in the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to February 2022 were selected.Through the evaluation of symptoms and syndromes,70 patients with blood dryness syndrome were selected.Through the method of random number grouping,they were divided into two groups: control group and treatment group.During the actual observation,there were 2 cases of exfoliation and 33 cases of completion in the treatment group and 3 cases and 22 cases in the control group.Both the control group and the treatment group were treated with Darix(carbosanchun)as the basic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Runzao Xiaobi decoction.Two times a day,oral administration after meals,the control group took Xiaoyin capsule,5 tablets each time,3 times a day after meals.The treatment cycle of patients in both groups was 4 weeks.Before the first treatment,the patient’s personal condition,PASI score,TCM blood dryness syndrome and quality of life were evaluated and recorded again every 2weeks for a total of 3 times.Finally,the improvement of patients was compared and the curative effect of Runzao Xiaobi decoction was evaluated.Results:1.Before and after treatment,the PASI scores,TCM Blood Dryness Evidence Symptoms scores and DLQI scores of psoriasis patients in both groups decreased,with statistical differences(p<0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,efficacy analysis was performed.The treatment efficiency of the control group was 71.9%;that of the treatment group was 84.8%.p<0.05,with significant difference.Conclusion:1.Runzao Xiaobi decoction can improve erythema,scales and other clinical symptoms of patients with psoriasis vulgaris(blood dryness syndrome).2.Runzao Xiaobi decoction can improve the quality of life of patients.3.Runzao Xiaobi decoction is effective in treating common psoriasis(blood dryness syndrome).
