To Analyze The Medication Rules Of Professor Zhou Yabin In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina

Objective: To explore the medication rules of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of UA and provide ideas and methods for clinical treatment of UA,unstable angina(UA)cases treated by Professor Zhou Yabin were collected and analyzed the medication data based on The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Calculate System V3.0(TCMICS V3.0).Methods: UA cases diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Yabin in the Second Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from November 2016 to November 2020 were collected.Relevant information and prescriptions of the cases were standardized,and entered into TCMICS V3.0.The frequency of the natures,flavors,channel tropism,and medicine categories were statistically analyzed by the TCMICS V3.0.Based on this,the mining of potential couplet medicines and the clustering analysis of medicines were conducted to explore the prescription medication rules of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of UA.Results: A total of 289 prescriptions were included in this research,involving 196 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with a total occurrence frequency of 5,428,among which 100 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines had a frequency higher than 6 times.In the four natures of medicines,the natures with higher frequency were warm,cool,and neutral medicines;in the five flavors of medicines,the flavors with higher frequency were sweetness,bitterness,and pungency;the channel tropism of the used medicines involved spleen,heart,lung,liver,stomach,kidney,large intestine,gallbladder,bladder,small intestine,triple energizer,and pericardium,among which lung,spleen,and heart had a higher frequency;The statistical results showed that the frequency of medicines from high to low were tonic medicines,medicines for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,and sedative medicines;the composition regularity of prescriptions showed 42 groups of medicine combinations and 34 association rules,while the number of support degrees was set as 101 and the confidence degree as 0.8.The patients treated with unstable angina were more common with insufficient heart qi,and the core medicine group was Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Poria With Hostwood,Radix Polygalae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Poria,Radix Glycyrrhizae,while the number of support degrees was set as 85 and the confidence degree as 0.9;Clustering results:(1)Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Poria,Radix Codonopsis,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Poria With Hostwood(2)Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Poria,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Poria With Hostwood,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Codonopsis(3)Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Poria With Hostwood,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Radix Polygalae,Semen Platycladi(4)Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Os Draconis,Concha Ostreae,Radix Polygalae,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Bupleuri(5)Fructus Trichosanthis,Bulbus Allii Macrostemonisi,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephala,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong(6)Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Ophiopogonis,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Radix Notoginseng,Radix Angelicae Sinensis.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhou Yabin mostly chooses the medicines that are warm,cool,and neutral in terms of natures and that are sweet,bitter,and pungent in terms of flavors,and channel tropism of those medicines are mainly lung,spleen,and heart in UA treatment.2.Professor Zhou Yabin’s treatment of unstable patients with angina is most common with insufficient heart qi,and the core drug group selected for the treatment of cardiac deficiency was Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Poria With Hostwood,Radix Polygalae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Poria,Radix Glycyrrhizae,mainly with Yangxin soup as the core for addition and subtraction.3.Professor Zhou Yabin focuses on reinforcing qi and nourishing blood in the treatment of unstable angina,and uses the medicines that nourish patients and help them recuperate.Among these medicines,tonic medicines,medicines for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,and sedative medicines were used mostly.
