Analysis On The Characteristics Of Traditional Chinese Medicines In 291 Patients With Primary Hypertension

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the Chinese Medicine Prescription for the treatment of primary hypertension,summarize the characteristics of syndrome differentiation traditional Chinese medicine for the disease,and provide more information and directions for the treatment of primary hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine.Method:This study of the selected cases were from the patients diagnosed as primary hypertension in the outpatient department of cardiovascular disease of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2021.WPS Office Excel was used to input the general data(name,gender,age),blood pressure value,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and the traditional Chinese medicines treatment of the patients,and a database was established.WPS Office Excel statistical drawing is used for counting data.The pedigree of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines(frequency > 1%)was analyzed by IBM SPSS statistics 25.Common traditional Chinese medicine pairs and traditional Chinese medicine combinations were extracted.Traditional Chinese medicines association analysis used IBM SPSS modeler18 for network visualization.The core prescription is extracted.Result:1.There are 291 patients in this study,including 164 women and 127 men.A Overall higher proportion of female patients than men.Except that the number of men in the age group under the age of 45 years old is higher than that of women,the number of women in other age groups is more than that of men.Among them,the 55-64 age group has the largest number of patients,with 82 cases.The least number is the > 74 age group,with only 7 cases.2.In the statistics of blood pressure values,153 patients were grade-1hypertension,accounting for 52.58%,65 grade-2 hypertension,accounting for 22.34%,46 grade-3 hypertension,accounting for 15.81%,27 simple systolic hypertension,accounting for 9.28%.After using traditional Chinese Medicine,26 patients maintained normal blood pressure,149 patients were grade-1 hypertension,59 grade-2 hypertension,22 grade-3 hypertension,27 simple systolic hypertension.3.According to the statistics of the use of traditional Chinese medicines in this study,a total of 409 prescriptions and 250 traditional Chinese medicines were screened,and 118 traditional Chinese medicines were used more than ten times,among which the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines were Gastrodiae rhizoma,Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma,Drgon’sbone,Ostreae concha,Pinelliae rhizoma,Chuanxiong rhizoma,Puerariae lobatae radix,Citri reticulatae pericarpium,Eucommiae cortex,Poria.Medicinal properties of traditional Chinese Medicines were warm and cold,accounting for 61.63%.Among the five flavors,the top three are sweet,bitter and spicy,with a total of 82.64%.The main meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicines were liver meridians,4517 times,spleen meridians,3541 times,heart meridians,2693 times,kidney meridians,2427 times,gallbladder meridians,2279 times,stomach meridians,2109 times and lung meridians,2083 times,accounting for 90.81%.The main traditional Chinese medicines efficacy categories mainly includes 2023 times of tonifying deficiency medicine,960 times of liver pacifying wind subduing medicine,915 times of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,708 times of relieve uneasiness of mind and body tranquilization medicine,and 707 times of heat clearing medicine,with a cumulative frequency of 63.66%.4.Cluster analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines(frequency > 1%)shows that there are 13 pairs of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines.There are 5 groups of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines.5.Through the correlation analysis of prescription medication,it is result that the core prescription is composed of Gastrodiae rhizoma,Drgon’sbone,Ostreae concha,Pinelliae rhizoma,Citri reticulatae pericarpium,Puerariae lobatae radix,Poria,Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma,Eucommiae cortex.Conclusion:1.In this study,the traditional Chinese medicines properties are mainly warm and cold.The five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The first three meridians tropism of traditional Chinese medicines were Liver meridian,spleen meridian and heart meridian.The main types of traditional Chinese medicines efficacy are tonifying deficiency medicine,liver pacifying wind subduing medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,relieve uneasiness of mind and body tranquilization medicine.2.In this study,13 groups of traditional Chinese medicines pairs are commonly used to treat hypertension,such as Drgon’sbone-Ostreae concha,Pinelliae rhizoma-Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma,Citri reticulatae pericarpium-Poria,Bupleuri radix-Aurantii fructus,Poria cocos wolf-Pol ygalae radix,Paeoniae radix alba-Lilii bulbus,Eucommiae cortex-Achyranthis bidentatae radix,Astragali radix-Cinnamomi ramulus,Polygonati rhizoma-Coicis semen,Gastrodiae rhizoma-Uncariae ramulus cum Uncis,Chuanxiong rhizoma-Angelicae sinensis radix,Ziziphi spinosae semen-Scutellariae radix,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma-Chrysanthemi flos。3.In this study,5 groups of traditional Chinese medicines combinations as follows: Drgon’sbone-Ostreae concha-Poria cocos wolf-Pol ygalae radix-Paeoniae radix alba-Lilii bulbus-Polygoni multiflori caulis,Eucommiae cortex-Achyranthis bidentatae radix-Leonuri herba-Polygonati rhizoma,Astragali radix-Cinnamomi ramulus-Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma-Pinelliae rhizoma-Citri reticulatae pericarpium-Poria-Polygonati rhizoma-Coicis semen-Puerariae lobatae radix,Bupleuri radix-Aurantii fructus-Chuanxiong rhizoma-Angelicae sinensis radix,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma-Chrysanthemi flos-Sal viae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma.4.In this study,the core prescription consists of Gastrodiae rhizoma,Drgon’sbone,Ostreae concha,Pinelliae rhizoma,Citri reticulatae pericarpium,Puerariae lobatae radix,Poria,Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma and Eucommiae cortex.
