Analysis Of Medication Law Of Professor Zhou Yabin In Treating Essential Hypertension

Objective:Organize and analyze the prescriptions of 121 included cases,analyze the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of the collected cases,study the prescription medication of Professor Zhou Yabin for treating primary hypertension,and summarize Professor Zhou Yabin’s drug use frequency and association rules between drugs.Summarize Professor Zhou Yabin’s medication experience in treating primary hypertension,and provide clinical basis and medication reference for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.Methods:All 121 cases of essential hypertension included were selected from Clinic Room of Professor Zhou Yabin’s outpatient clinic in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The collection time was from March 2018 to November 2021.The cases met the inclusion criteria.The case information is complete.Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V3.0)to analyze the data of TCM syndrome types and prescriptions,we obtained Professor Zhou Yabin’s experience and core prescriptions in the treatment of essential hypertension.Result:1.The most common syndrome types of primary hypertension in this study are liver yang hyperactivity type and phlegm turbid internal accumulation type.2.Professor Zhou Yabin often uses Bupleurum and Longgu Muli Decoction as the core prescription for the treatment of essential hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang.In the treatment of phlegm-turbid intrinsic hypertension,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction is often used as the core prescription for addition and subtraction.3.The commonly used drugs used by Professor Zhou Yabin to treat essential hypertension are mainly cold,flat and warm;the drugs are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;The main effects are tonic,heat-clearing,superficial-relieving,and liver-suppressing and wind-relieving.4.Professor Zhou Yabin often used the methods of clearing away heat and calming the nerves,calming the liver and quenching the wind in the treatment of essential hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang.The method of invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm,clearing heat and calming the liver is commonly used in the treatment of phlegm turbidity.
