A Retrospective Analysis Of The Clinical Characteristics And Medication Rules Of 289 Patients With Unstable Angina

Objective:The data of inpatient patients diagnosed as UA in the three departments of cardiovascular science of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were collated,the clinical characteristics of patients were explored,dialectical rules and medication were summarized,and effective methods were provided for the treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 289 UA patients hospitalized in the Third Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2022 were included,and the gender,age,pathogenesis,tongue pulse,dialectical classification of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the values of TG,LDL,HDL,and CRP were summarized,and the clinical characteristics and medication rules of UA patients were summarized.Result:1.Gender and age: A total of 289 patients who met the criteria were included,including 170 males and 119 females.The minimum age was 41 years,the maximum age was 89 years,and the average age was 65.55±11.74 years.2.Triggers: six categories of statistics: fatigue,family history of cardiovascular disease,smoking,drinking,obesity,full meals,and unprovoked attacks.Among them,the trigger is mainly exertion.3.Season: The top five solar terms with the highest incidence are heavy cold,winter solstice,heavy snow,light snow,and frost,of which 4 solar terms are located in winter and one solar term is located in autumn.4.Tongue vein: the tongue with more frequency has purple dark tongue,light tongue,dark red tongue with ecchymosis,purple tongue.Tongue moss,a total of 5 kinds of statistics: white moss,yellow moss and less moss.There are 14 kinds of veins,mainly dull veins and fine strings.5.Dialectical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine: Among the total 9types of evidence,the top three are qi deficiency blood stasis,qi stasis and phlegm stasis.6.Statistics on the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine: 289 patients were included,and the three most common types of drugs were analyzed: there were 50 high-frequency drugs,and 12 pairs of commonly used drugs and 8 types of drugs were obtained through cluster analysis.7.The values and outliers of triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein and C-reactive protein of sputum and stasis intertwined were higher than those of other types,and the values and abnormalities of high-density lipoprotein were lower than those of other types,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.In this study,the common TCM syndrome types are Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and phlegm-stasis interjunction syndrome.2.In this study,the tongue quality of UA patients was mainly purple dark tongue and light tongue,the tongue coating was mainly white greasy tongue,yellow greasy tongue and less moss,and the pulse image was mainly heavy and astringent pulse.3.In this study,12 groups of commonly used drugs and 8 combinations of commonly used drugs were obtained through clustering results.The top eight Chinese medicines used frequently were: Radix glycyrrhiza,Radix paeoniae,Radix paeoniae,Radix triaconis,Radix ginseng,ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix notoginseng and Radix albizia.4.This study showed that compared with other syndrome types,phlegm-stasis interjunction type had a stronger correlation with blood lipids and C-reactive protein.
