Objective: By selecting the experience group acupoints that have a greater impact on the endocrine and reproductive axis and thel experience group for treating urinary incontinence to treat mixed urinary incontinence in middle-aged and elderly women, and through clinical efficacy observation and analysis,to explore a simpler, safer and more efficient treatment method.Observing the effect of acupuncture on sex hormone levels will provide more reference and clinical ideas for clinical treatment of this disease or other diseases with the same etiology and pathogenesis. To explore a more simple, safe and efficient treatment method for middle-aged and elderMETHODS: A total of 64 female patients with mixed urinary incontinence from the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and the Department of Gynecology of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups by random number table method, with 32 cases in each group.Observation group patients according to the clinical literature selected and middle-aged and elderly female urinary incontinence and endocrine reproductive axis highly relevant specific experience group acupoints: Guanyuan,Qihai,Shenshu,Zigong,Sanyinjiao, plus the treatment of urinary incontinence experience group acupoints: Huiyang and Zhongliao, plus electroacupuncture treatment. In the control group, routine acupuncture plus electroacupuncture was used to take Zhongji,Shenshu, bladdershu and Sanyinjiao. Both groups were treated every other day, each treatment duration was 30 minutes,3 times a week,a course of treatment lasted 2 weeks, and the total treatment period was 8 weeks, with a total of 4 courses of treatment and 24 acupuncture sessions.72 h voiding diary card,1h urine pad test,International Urinary Incontinence Advisory Committee Short Form(ICI-Q-SF Scale),and Overactive Bladder Questionnaire(OAB-q SF scale)changes in total scores;changes in serum sex hormone levels were measured before and after treatment. Finally, analyze the data and compare the results and make a summary.Results:(1)Before treatment, the baseline conditions such as age, disease course, and menstrual conditions were analyzed, and the results showed that p> 0.05,and the two groups were comparable. The efficacy indicators of the post-treatment observation group and the control group were 72 h urination times,1h urine pad test,ICIQ-SF scale score, and OAB-q SF scale score were better than before treatment(p<0.01 or p<0.05),and the observation group had more advantages(p<0.01 or p<0.05).During the follow-up period,it was found that the observation indicators of the two groups were basically maintained at the same baseline level(p>0.05)after treatment, which was a good proof of the sequelae effect of acupuncture and the long-term treatment effect was considerable.(2)Changes in serum sex hormone levels(FSH,LH,E2): There was no significant difference in the baseline levels of major hormones before treatment(p>0.05).Compared with before treatment,FSH and LH in the observation group decreased and E2 increased, and there was a statistically significant difference(p<0.01).But the change was not statistically significant(p>0.05).There was also a significant difference between groups after treatment(p<0.01).From the results,in terms of regulating endocrine reproductive status, the effect of the observation group is better, and can effectively regulate the low sex hormone status. However, due to the small sample size, large differences in women before and after menopause, and ovarian morphology and function, the results may be biased, and further research is needed to prove it.(3)After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was93.55%;the total effective rate of the control group was 74.19%.The overall clinical effect of the observation group in the treatment of MUI patients was more superior than that of the conventional acupuncture group. Conclusion: 1.The two groups of treatment can improve the subjective and objective symptoms of urinary incontinence for middle-aged and elderly female MUI patients, and it shows that the long-term efficacy of acupuncture is well maintained and the side effects are small. In the observation group, the specific meridian points for the HPO axis combined with the experience-effect points of the lumbosacral region had better curative effect.2.Through some specific meridian points for HPO axis, acupuncture can benignly regulate the female endocrine reproductive state and improve the level of sex hormones.
