| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the original collaterals and acupoints in the treatment of post-stroke depression with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,in order to propose new treatment methods and ideas for the future clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future. Methods:Referring to the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria stipulated in this experiment,60 patients with depression caused by stroke were randomly assigned according to different acupoint assignment methods: the original collateral acupoint group and the conventional acupoint allocation group. On the premise of receiving the same basic neurological treatment in the two groups, the treatment group was given the method of combining acupoints with the original collaterals, and the acupoints were selected from Taichong,Ligou,Taibai,Gongsun,Neiguan, and Daling.Conventional acupuncture was used for the above acupoints,Taibai and Gongsun points were supplemented,Taichong and Ligou points were reduced, and the rest of the acupoints were supplemented and reduced. The control group was given routine acupoint matching, the acupoints were selected from Baihui,Yintang,Shenmen,Taichong,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao, and Tanzhong, and conventional acupuncture was used for the above acupoints, and the leveling, replenishing, and reducing manipulations were performed.2 weeks is a treatment cycle. The overall efficacy of depression was evaluated with the total effective rate of treatment,HAMD-24 score,Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Basel index(ADL scale),and TCM syndrome score as reference standards after 4 weeks.Results:1.After treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups decreased, and the differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The decline degree of the original acupuncture point combination group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture point combination group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,BI index(ADL)score of 2 groups was improved, and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement degree of the original collateral-acupoint combination group was better than that of the conventional acupoint combination group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,HAMD-24 scores in both groups were significantly decreased, with statistically significant differences compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease degree in the original acupuncture point combination group was better than that in the conventional acupuncture point combination group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).4.After treatment, the scores of TCM syndroms in both groups were significantly decreased.Compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of decline in the original collection-point combination group was better than that in the conventional point combination group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Efficacy analysis: the total effective rate of the original collateral-point combination group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the conventional collateral-point combination group was 83.33%.The total effective rate of the original collateral-point combination group was higher than that of the conventional point combination group.Conclusion:1.Both conventional acupoint matching method and Yuanluo acupoint matching method are effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type.2.Compared with the conventional acupoint allocation group, the patients in the original collateral acupoint allocation group have better daily living ability, improvement of TCM symptoms and neurological function recovery.3.The original collateral-point combination method can effectively improve the degree of depression, and has a significant effect on the treatment of post-stroke depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency, with a total effective rate of 90%. |
