Study On The Regularity Of Professor Qu Xiufen In The Treatment Of Vasomotor Symptoms In Perimenopausal Period

Objective: By using the software of data analysis and data mining,this paper analyzes the first prescriptions of professor Qu Xiufen in treating patients with vasomotor symptoms in the perimenopausal period,and sup the law of Professor Qu Xiufen in treating this disease,to provide clinical thinking and experience for clinical diagnosis and treatment of perimenopause vasomotor symptoms.Methods: This study collected from October 2019 to January 2022,that patients with vasomotor symptoms perimenopause by Professor Qu Xiufen.The data were entered into an Excel spreadsheet;the original data were established and used Excel software,IBM statistics 26.0 software and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to analyze and mine the data.Results: A total of 211 prescriptions of Professor Qu Xiufen for the treatment of vasomotor symptoms in the perimenopausal period were collected,including 126 dr;the cumulative frequency of use was 3253 times,the highest frequency of use of single Chinese medicine was 133 times,the lowest was 1,with an average of 15.4 herbs per prescription and an average of25.81 herbs per prescription.The frequency of tonic draws was the highest with 1374 times,followed by astringent dr,sedative dr blood-activating and stasis-removing dr,heat-clearing brand qi-regulating dr And the core drug was defined as seven kinds of dr which were used not less than 80 times.Among the commonly used dr,the proportion of the four kinds of dr is prominent.The frequency of the use of the warm dr is the highest.The frequency of the five tastes from high to low was: sweet,bitter,sour,acrid,astringent,salty,and light,among which the proportion of sweet dr was the highest,with a total of 1412 times;the total frequency of returning dr to the liver meridian was the first,with a total of 1268 times,the first five meridians were liver,heart meridians,lung meridians,kidney meridians,and spleen meridians.The ratio of Sanjiao Meridians to pericardium meridians was the lowest,and the frequency was less than 1%.Cluster analysis of commonly used dr can screen out six grooves drug combinations,and factor analysis extracted nine factors,association analysis of 5 grooves drug pairs and six grooves drug combinations with one confidence.Conclusion:1.Professor Qu Xiufen’s treatment of vasomotor symptoms in the perimenopausal period:(1)Professor Qu Xiufen is good at using invigorating deficiency drugs in the treatment of the disease,among which invigorating blood drugs,qi invigorating drugs and Yin invigorating drugs are more frequent,and are often combined with astringent drugs,tranquilizing drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,heat-clearing drugs and Qi regulating drugs.There are seven core drugs: Angelicae Sinensis radix,Corni fructus,Paeoniae radix alba,Ostreae concha,Schisandrae Chinensis fructus,Pseudostellariae radix,Rehmanniae radix praeparata.The four Qi of commonly used drugs are mainly warm,mild and cold(slight cold);The five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter,sour,spicy and astringent;The frequency of drug channel was mainly liver channel,and the rest was heart channel,lung channel,kidney channel and spleen channel.(2)When Professor Qu Xiufen treated this disease,six grooves commonly used cluster combination.(3)when Professor Qu Xiufen treated this disease,nine factors were extracted by factor analysis.(4)when Professor Qu Xiufen treated this disease,five drug pairs and six drug combinations with a confidence of 1 were obtained by association rule analysis.2.Professor Qu Xiufen’s academic idea and experience in treating vasomotor symptoms of perimenopause period :(1)Professor Qu Xiufen’s idea of treating this disease is based on the theory of liver and kidney and advocates treating this disease from the liver and kidney.(2)there are three common therapeutic methods:(1)Nourishing kidney and clearing liver;(2)Regulating yin and Yang and harmonizing Ying and defending law;(3)nourishing the kidney and activating the blood.
