Study On Acupoint Selection And Compatibility Rule Of Acupuncture For Abdominal Obesity Based On Data Mining

Objective: In this study,data mining technology was used to explore the acupoint rules of acupuncture in the treatment of abdominal obesity(AO),and to explore the core prescription of acupuncture in the treatment of AO.In order to establish a more comprehensive acupuncture treatment of AO theoretical system,and provide reference for clinical treatment..Methods: 1.to search the clinical research literature of acupuncture treatment AO in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang academic journals and Pub Med databases in the last 15 years.2.strictly select the documents that meet the requirements of the inclusion,extract effective acupoint prescriptions,standardize the names of acupoints included,sort out the acupoints,meridians and location frequency used in acupuncture treatment of AO,and form the acupoint selection database for acupuncture treatment AO.3.the frequency statistics were carried out by Excel software.For acupoints with frequency > 5%,SPSS statistics 23.0 and clementine12.0 software were used to cluster analysis and association rule analysis.Results: 1.In this study,156 acupoint prescriptions were collected,involving 78 acupoints,and acupoints were used 1465 times.It includes twelve meridians,Ren and Du Meridians,and extra meridians.2.The top five types of abdominal obesity were spleen deficiency and dampness resistance,liver depression and qi stagnation,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,yin deficiency and internal heat,gastrointestinal viscera heat;the frequency of simple acupuncture was the highest,followed by simple acupoint catgut embedding,simple electroacupuncture,acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding,electroacupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding.3.The clinical acupoints mainly focus on stomach meridian of Foot Yangming,Ren meridian and spleen meridian of foot Taiyin,followed by large intestine meridian of hand Yangming,liver meridian of foot Jueyin,Sanjiao meridian of hand Shaoyang and kidney meridian of foot Shaoyin;the most involved parts of acupoints are abdomen,followed by lower limbs;the specific acupoints are Mu acupoints,followed by intersection acupoints,combined acupoints of Five Shu acupoints,Bahui acupoints and Xiahe acupoints,and Ying acupoints are the least selected.4.Cluster analysis of acupoints used more than 5%.The four clusters are: cluster 1: Tianshu(ST 25),Zhongwan(CV 12),Daheng(SP 15);cluster 2: Shuidao(ST 28),Shuifen(CV 9),Fenglong(ST40),Zusanli(ST 36),Daimai(GB 26);cluster 3: Qihai(CV 6),Guanyuan(CV 4);cluster 4: Shangjuxu(ST 37),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Pishu(BL 20),Shenshu(BL 23),Xiawan(CV 10),Liangmen(ST 21),Huaroumen(ST24),Wailing(ST 26),Yinlingquan(SP 9),Neiting(ST 44),Zhigou(TE 6),Quchi(LI 11),Dachangshu(BL 25),Taichong(LR 3),Taixi(KI 3),Ganshu(BL 20),Fujie(SP 14),Fushe(SP 13),Weishu(BL 21).In the association analysis,there were 17 pairs of acupoint association groups with support degree≥40% and confidence degree≥80%: Zhongwan(CV 12)– Tianshu(ST 25);Tianshu(ST 25)– Zhongwan(CV 12);Tianshu(ST 25)– Daheng(SP 15);Zhongwan(CV 12)– Daheng(SP 15);Tianshu(ST 25)– Daimai(GB 26);Zhongwan(CV 12)– Daimai(GB 26);Tianshu(ST 25)– Zusanli(ST 36);Zhongwan(CV 12)– Zusanli(ST 36);Zhongwan(CV 12)– Qihai(CV 6);Tianshu(ST 25)– Qihai(CV 6);Tianshu(ST 25)– Fenglong(ST40);Zhongwan(CV 12)– Fenglong(ST 40);Zhongwan(CV 12)–Guanyuan(CV 4);Tianshu(ST 25)– Guanyuan(CV 4);Tianshu(ST 25)– Shuifen(CV 9).Conclusion: 1.The main clinical dialectical types of AO are spleen deficiency and dampness resistance,liver stagnation and qi stagnation,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,yin deficiency and internal heat,gastrointestinal viscera heat;the main intervention methods are simple acupuncture,acupoint catgut embedding,electroacupuncture,acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding,electroacupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding.2.In the treatment of AO,modern doctors mainly choose local acupoints;in the selection of acupoints,they like to use zuyangming stomach meridian,renmai and zutaiyin spleen meridian,and most of them are large intestine Mu point and Tianshu point;in the compatibility of acupoints,they pay attention to the principles of combined Mu point,near far point and dialectical point.2.Data mining of this study screened out that the core point of acupuncture treatment of AO is "Zhongwan(CV 12)– Tianshu(ST 25)",and the core prescription is "Tianshu(ST 25),Zhongwan(CV 12),Daheng(SP 15),Daimai(GB 26),Zusanli(ST 36),Qihai(CV 6),Fenglong(ST 40),Guanyuan(CV 4),Shuifen(CV 9),Shuidao(ST 28)".
