Clinical Observation On The Type Of Wind-cold Trigeminal Neuralgi By Deep-needling Xiaguan Point Combined With Sparrow Pecking Jiu

Objective:Studying the clinical curative effect of deeply acupuncturing Xiaoguan point conbine with Sparrow pecking jiu in the therapy of the cold wind trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:sixty cases patients who suffered from primary prosopalgia of the cold wind from our hospital between December 2019 and May 2021 were distributed stochasticly into treatment group and deeply acupuncturing group,contraposed group(n=20,the ordinary group under the ordinary acupuncture cured,group A managed with deep-needling Xiaoguan point combined with Sparrow pecking jiu at the same time.While treating group B’s Xiaoguan point with deep-needling,treatment group dealed with as researchful methods,object the three groups of clinical curative effect,besides,contrast ing the three groups about attack frequency of prosopalgia,simplification McGill which included(pain rating index,PRI),(visual analogue scale,VAS),(present pain intensity,PPI))and the neuropeptide content of SP,beta-endorphin,CGRP.TCM symptoms as well.Results:The total clinical efficacy of group A who were dealt with deep-needling Xiaoguan point combined with Sparrow pecking jiu was 95%,which was significantly higher 5%than the group B,and the control group lower than the two text groups(P<0.05).McGill scores(VAS,PRI,PPI):three groups’scores were reduced a lot those contrasted to themselves before starting(P<0.01).Times about the attack of prosopalgia showed all groups lower than the prior(P<0.01).The data analysis implied that SP and CGRP had reduced,however beta-endorphinin had increased in three sets patients’plasma(P<0.01).after therapy,we found that there are differences among the three groups(P<0.01).Taking action for Pairwise comparison:the frequency of pain attacks,MPQ scores and TCM symptom scores among the three groups were compared in pairs in the treatment group A>treatment groupB>control groupC.Taking a comparison of the changes of TCM symptom two by two,the group A TCM scores made a greater chang than group B,the three groups’ scores all decreased obviously.In addition,We made a comparision between the groupB and groupC,the group C were worse than the group B.To sum up,the treatment group produced a stronger analgesic effect between neurotransmitters.Conclusion:Deep-needling Xiaoguan point combined with Sparrow pecking jiu in cure of wind-cold trigeminal neuralgia had made greatly observable effective,the frequency of pain had cut,levels of pain remarkablely relieved,the treatmentcases got satisfactory consequence with the effective rate of 95%.Through this way we had discovered SP and CGRP redued which can cause pain impaction,nevertheless adding up the content of beta-endorphins which relievs prosopalgia.
