Research On Perceived Performance Of Public Health Service In Xiaohaotu Township,Yulin City

The No.1 Central Document in 2022 pointed out: "To comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas." In the process of agricultural and rural modernization,the modernization of rural public health services is an important part,which is related to the health of 700 million farmers and directly affects the success or failure of the "Healthy China" strategy.Shaanxi Province actively responded to the national policy,promoted the reform of the medical and health system,and basically got rid of the dilemma of "seeing a doctor is difficult to get to the sky".However,many problems have also been exposed during the improvement,such as poor service quality,low level,and large regional differences,which hinder the overall improvement of rural public health services.How to improve service quality,improve service level,and make public health institutions better serve villagers is an important part of this study.Through the research on the perceived performance of public health services,it is of great significance to be able to intuitively understand its shortcomings,which is not only a practical need,but also a policy advocacy.First,this paper outlines the research background and significance of the perceived performance of public health services in Xiaohaotu Township,Yulin City,sorts out the relevant literature,and gives new connotations to the perceived performance of public health services.Based on the analysis of the development process of rural public health service in Shaanxi Province and the public health service system of Xiaohaotu Township,the current situation of public health service provision in Xiaohaotu Township was explored.Secondly,based on the SERVPERF evaluation model,the public health service perception performance index system of Xiaohaotu Township,Yulin City was constructed,and the weight of each relevant index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Then,the opinions of experts and the actual situation of Xiaohaotu Township were collected,a formal questionnaire was distributed,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the level of perceived performance of public health services in Xiaohaotu Township.Finally,the research on the perceived performance of public health services in Xiaohaotu Township shows that the performance of public health service institutions is average in the dimensions of responsiveness,tangibility,professionalism and assurance,and has not reached the level that makes villagers satisfied with the perceived performance of public health services.In order to improve the public health service level of Xiaohaotu Township,Yulin City,the following suggestions are put forward: change the service concept;promote the construction of infrastructure;enrich the talent team;improve the supervision system,etc.
