Analysis Of Professor Hu Xiaomei’s Medication Regularity In The Treatment Of Essential Thrombocythemia Based On Data Mining

1 ObjectiveRelying on the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistance platform(V3.0),this topic excavates and analyzes the medication and prescription rules of Professor Hu Xiaomei in the treatment of essential thrombocytosis(ET),combs the characteristics of Professor Hu Xiaomei ’s medication rules in the treatment of ET,summarizes academic ideas and guides clinical practice.2 MethodsA retrospective study was conducted to collect and sort out the cases of ET treated by Professor Hu Xiaomei from January 2020 to June 2021.According to the diagnostic criteria of ET,inclusion and exclusion criteria,100 patients who met the study criteria and 273 prescriptions.Standardize the patient’s information(including name,gender,age,treatment date,syndrome type and detailed prescription of traditional Chinese Medicine)in the medical record,and enter it item by item into the excel table of the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform V3.0 system to complete the creation of the database.With the help of software use frequency analysis,rule analysis and cluster analysis,this paper analyzes the use frequency,nature,taste,meridian tropism and the correlation law between drugs in the prescription,excavates the core drug combination,and summarizes and analyzes the prescription drug law of Professor Hu Xiaomei in the treatment of ET.3 ResultsA total of 100 patients were enrolled,including 42 males(42%)and 58 females(58%).The age ranges from 18 to 85 years,with an average age of 53.2 years,and the onset age ranges from 40 to 80 years.The types of syndrome types are qi stagnation and blood stasis,liver depression and blood stasis,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,vigorous liver fire and blood heat stasis.Most of the drug effects are promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and tonifying deficiency.273 prescriptions,including 159 traditional Chinese medicines.The four Qi of drugs are mainly cold,warm and flat,while the five flavors are mostly bitter,pungent and sweet.The meridians are mainly liver meridians,lung meridians,spleen meridians,heart meridians and kidney meridians.The top ten drugs used frequently are Hedyotis diffusa,zedoary turmeric,bupleurum,Solanum nigrum,Rehmannia glutinosa,Achyranthes bidentata,red peony,safflower,Ligusticum chuanxiong and Scutellaria barbata.Set association rules,and the top five drug pairs with occurrence frequency are as follows:Hedyotis diffusa-Solanum nigrum,Hedyotis diffusa-zedoary,bupleurum-red peony,bupleurum-Rehmannia glutinosa,Hedyotis diffusaBupleurum.The drug combinations with high correlation were safflower,Rehmannia glutinosa->Bupleurum;Zedoary turmeric,Solanum nigrum->Hedyotis diffusa:Scutellaria barbata->Hedyotis diffusa;Hedyotis diffusa,zedoary turmeric,red peony->Rehmannia glutinosa,Solanum nigrum->Hedyotis diffusa.There are 12 core drugs,namely bupleurum,Rehmannia glutinosa,Hedyotis diffusa,gentian,Atractylodes macrocephala,Scutellaria barbata,safflower,zedoary,red peony,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Solanum nigrum and Achyranthes bidentata.Based on the cluster analysis of prescriptions,three core combinations are obtained as follows:core combination 1:Red Peony-zedoary-Hedyotis diffusa-Rehmannia glutinosaSolanum nigrum;Core combination 2:Hedyotis diffusa-Bupleurum-Solanum nigrum-Achyranthes bidentata-zedoary turmeric;Core combination 3:Hedyotis diffusa-Rehmannia glutinosa-Scutellaria barbata-gentian-Solanum nigrum.4 ConclusionProfessor Hu Xiaomei believes that the theoretical basis of ET is the "homology of liver and kidney" theory,the core pathogenesis of ET is that water does not contain wood and toxin and stasis block,the main pathogenic factors of ET are deficiency,toxin and stasis,and the disease location of ET is in liver,spleen and kidney.Professor Hu Xiaomei makes good use of the methods of regulating liver and regulating qi.promoting blood circulation and removing stasis to treat ET.Detoxification and stasis throughout,commonly used heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,such as gentian,hedyotis diffusa,Chinese dragon shade,etc.;At the same time,do not forget to protect stomach qi,with appropriate spleen-strengthening drugs,such as Atractylodes atractylodes,Dangshen,licorice,etc.The commonly used core combination drugs are "Hedyotis diffusa-Solanum nigrum","Hedyotis diffusazedoary","bupleurum-red peony","bupleurum-Relunannia glutinosa","Hedyotis diffusa-Bupleurum".Through cluster analysis of prescriptions,three core combinations were obtained.The combination of core groups is suitable for BLOOD heat and stasis type ET;Core combination two is suitable for QI stagnation and blood stasis type ET;Core combination three is suitable for ET with vigorous irascience.
