Study On The Medication Rules Of Professor Han Jingbo In Treatment Of Bradycardia Based On Data Mining

Objective: Through collecting related medical records of Professor Han Jingbo’s treatment of Bradyarrhythmia(BA)in recent years,data mining technology is applied to analyze and summarize her medication rules for BA treatment,so as to provide reference for the treatment of BA.Methods: From January 2020 to December 2022,the case data of BA patients treated by Professor Han Jingbo in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Cardiovascular Medicine,Inpatient Department and Outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected as the research object.The standard case data were included and a database was established.With the help of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),the disease syndrome type,gender,age distribution and drug frequency,channel tropism,four natures of drugs and five flavors were statistically analyzed,and then the prescription rules and new prescriptions were analyzed and the visual network diagram was constructed.Finally,the data results were analyzed and summarized,so as to summarize Professor Han Jingbo’s medication rules and academic thoughts on BA.Results:1.A total of 223 patients with BA were included in this study,of whom127(57%)were female and 96(43%)were male,with female patients being the majority;the patients were mainly aged between 50 and 79 years old(58.75%),mostly middle-aged and elderly.2.This study involved a total of 10 syndrome types,followed by 46 cases of heart yang deficiency syndrome(20.63%),33 cases of qi and blood deficiency syndrome(14.80%),31 cases of deficiency fire inflammation syndrome(13.90%),24 cases of phlegm turbidity obstruction syndrome(10.76%),22 cases of qi and yin deficiency syndrome(9.87%),20 cases of phlegm fire disturbing heart syndrome(8.97%),16 cases of heart deficiency and timidity syndrome(7.17%),12 cases of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(5.38 %),10 cases of heart blood stasis syndrome(4.48%),9 cases of water drinking heart syndrome(4.04%).3.In terms of drug statistics,this study included 139 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 4074 times.The top 10 drugs in terms of frequency were: baked licorice,cassia twig,Rehmanniae Radix,Radix Morindae Officinalis,oyster shell,Radix astragali,danshen,dragon bone,Fructus Corni and angelica;the top five drugs in terms of frequency in terms of efficacy were: tonic for deficiency(36.79%),detoxifying(10.20%),activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis(9.69%),clearing heat(9.44%)and tranquilizing(7.58%).The results of the four natures of drugs,five flavors.and channel tropism of the drug show that most of the drugs are warm in nature and sweet in taste,and the meridians are mainly the liver,heart,spleen and kidney meridians.4.The statistical results of high-frequency medication frequency of each syndrome type show that the heart-yang deficiency syndrome involves 90 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,and the top 5 are: cassia twig,baked licorice,Fuzi,Cinnamomum cassia,Radix Morindae Officinalis;qi and blood deficiency syndrome involves 74 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the top 5 are: Radix astragali,baked licorice,cassia twig,angelica,Rehmanniae Radix;the deficiency fire inflammation syndrome involves 76 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the top 5 are as follows: Rehmanniae Radix,baked licorice,oyster shell,Fuzi,dragon bone;phlegm blocking syndrome involves 83 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the top 5 are: Pinellia tuber,cassia twig,baked licorice,Radix Morindae Officinalis,Poria;qi and yin deficiency syndrome involves 68 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the top 5 are: Rehmanniae Radix,baked licorice,Radix astragali,Radix Ophiopogonis,cassia twig;phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome involves73 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,and the top 5 are: Pinellia tuber,baked licorice,Huangqin,citrus,Rehmanniae Radix;heart deficiency and timidity syndrome involves 46 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the top5 are: cassia twig,bupleurum,baked licorice,Huangqin,dragon bone;Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome involves 46 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the top 5 are: Rhizoma Corydalis,Peach kernel,baked licorice,Pinellia tuber,citrus;heart blood stasis syndrome involves 44 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the top five are: cassia twig,baked licorice,Radix Morindae Officinalis,Rhizoma Corydalis,danshen;water drink Lingxin syndrome involves 46 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the top 5 are: baked licorice,cassia twig,Baizhu,Rehmanniae Radix,Fructus Corni.5.Based on the association rules,31 pairs of core drug combinations were derived,including Radix astragali-cassia twig,cassia twig-Cinnamomum cassia,dragon bone-oyster shell and baked licorice-Radix Morindae Officinalis-cassia twig.When the support degree is 70 % and the confidence degree is 0.90,the commonly used prescription drugs for heart-yang deficiency syndrome are: cassia twig,Fuzi,Cinnamomum cassia,baked licorice,Radix Morindae Officinalis;the commonly used prescription drugs for qi and blood deficiency syndrome are: cassia twig,baked licorice,Radix astragali,angelica,Baishao,Zingiber,Rehmanniae Radix;the commonly used prescription drugs for the deficiency fire syndrome are: Fuzi,Cortex Phellodendri,Amomum villosum,Rehmanniae Radix,baked licorice,dragon bone,oyster shell;the commonly used prescription drugs for phlegm turbidity obstruction syndrome are: cassia twig,baked licorice,Cinnamomum cassia,Pinellia tuber,Poria,Rhizoma Corydalis,Rhizoma Phragmitis,Radix Morindae Officinalis;the commonly used prescription drugs for Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome are: cassia twig,baked licorice,Radix astragali,Radix Ophiopogonis,danshen,Radix Morindae Officinalis,Zingiber;the commonly used prescription drugs for phlegm fire disturbing heart syndrome are: citrus,Pinellia tuber,Huangqin,Rehmanniae Radix,baked licorice,Radix Morindae Officinalis.6.Based on the entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,20 groups of core combinations of drugs such as oyster shell-Peach kernel-Rhizoma Corydalis,Huangqin-cortex albiziae-Yujin were obtained,and on the basis of which 10 new combinations of drugs such as oyster shell-Peach kernel-Rhizoma Corydalis-Cortex Phellodendri,Huangqin-cortex albiziae-Yujin-Fructus Crataegi-Donkeyhide Glue were obtained.Conclusion:1.Among the 223 cases of BA treated by Professor Han Jingbo,the number of patients with heart yang deficiency syndrome was the largest,and the remaining syndromes were qi and blood deficiency syndrome,deficiency fire inflammation syndrome,phlegm turbidity blocking syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,phlegm fire disturbing heart syndrome,heart deficiency and timidity syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,heart blood stasis syndrome,water drinking Lingxin syndrome.2.Professor Han Jingbo treats BA with medicines that are mostly tonics,warm in nature and sweet in taste,mainly for the liver,heart,spleen and kidney meridians.Commonly used drugs are: baked licorice,cassia twig,Rehmanniae Radix,Radix Morindae Officinalis,oyster shell,Radix astragali,danshen,dragon bone,Fructus Corni,angelica,and the core formula is: cassia twig,baked licorice,Radix Morindae Officinalis,Rehmanniae Radix.3.Professor Han Jingbo believes that palpitation disease is located in the heart,and involves the kidney,liver and spleen.With the deficiency of the root and the excess of the standard as the core,it should be based on the theory of " deficiency and cold ".The pathogenesis is always caused by the deficiency of kidney yang involving the heart,and pays attention to the situation of Yang deficiency and endogenous deficiency fire disturbing the heart,emphasizing that the occurrence of palpitation disease is closely related to the social environment,seven emotions and internal injuries,diet and fatigue,climate change and physical quality.4.Professor Han Jingbo put forward the core treatment principle of "warming and tonifying kidney yang to vibrate heart yang,descending deficiency fire to calm palpitations " for BA.In addition,he also took into account the tonifying qi and blood,pleasing the heart and tranquilizing the mind,and conforming to the four seasons.
