Research On The Status And Optimization Strategy Of 0-6 Years Old Children’s Health Service Management In Municipal Maternal And Child Health Institution

Children’s health is closely related to the development of countries.Under the new situation of building a demonstration area of common prosperity in Zhejiang Province,we should further narrow the gap between urban and rural children’s health service level.Optimizing the management of 0-6 years old children’s health service in municipal maternal and child health institutions and creating a demonstration of municipal management optimization is of great significance to driving the development of the management of maternal and child health care institutions in counties.Since the municipal maternal and child health institution of the W city has a certain industry representative in the management of 0-6 children’s health services,and the government attaches great importance to children’s health care work,this study chose to take the W city as an example to conduct research.This study answered the questions of "how to carry out the current management of 0-6 years old children’s health service in municipal maternal and child health institution in the W city " and"from what paths can optimize management work",and provided a management optimization demonstration for the grassroots level.This study is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which analyzed the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,research innovation and shortcomings.The second part analyzes the characteristics of 0-6 years old children’s health service management in municipal maternal and child health institution of the W city.The third part analyzes the status quo of the management of 0-6 years old children’s health service in municipal maternal and child health institution of the W city,using semi-structured interview methods to obtain original data,using coding technology to carry out four-level coding and analysis,obtaining 387 initial codes,45 focused codes,16 axis codes,and 4 theoretical codes,obtaining the relevant information about the operation status and existing problems.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the work in three levels of management roles:the top-line managers,the middle-line managers and the first-line managers,provides ideas for the follow-up research.The fifth part is the optimization strategy research based on the Nutt-Backoff Pattern,collects relevant government policies and data,uses the SWOT-PEST analysis method to carry out strategic analysis on the external environment and internal organizations,forms a SWOT-PEST analysis matrix,and summarizes four kinds of strategy:strategy of Strengths-Opportunities,strategy of Weaknesses-Opportunities,strategy of Strengths-Threats and strategy of Weaknesses-Threats.The research on the improvement of children’s health service level,previous research objects focused on macro management,this research innovatively carried out research from the perspective of micro management.The optimization strategies proposed in this study provide a management optimization demonstration for the grass-roots team.Due to the theoretical level of the researchers in this paper,this study still has some limitations in data analysis and method application.
