Hysteroscopic Analysis Of 149 Cases With Incomplete Abortion With High Risk Factors

Objective To investigate the application value of hysteroscopy for incomplete abortion with high risk factors.Method A retrospective analysis was performed on 149 patients with high-risk incomplete abortion who underwent hysteroscopic treatment in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2016 to August 2022,and 184 patients with incomplete abortion who underwent direct abortion and 151 patients who underwent uterine clear surgery were selected as the control group.The operation conditions and postoperative recovery of the three groups were compared.The high-risk factors,age,gestational times,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,complications and postoperative efficacy were analyzed.The residual site of hysteroscopic surgery was analyzed,and the intraoperative diagnosis of uterine diseases and the treatment of uterine diseases were analyzed.All data were statistically processed using SPSS25.0 statistical analysis software.The measurement data were expressed by(X±S)and t test.The count data were expressed by n(%)and χ2 test.Results Hysteroscopy showed that the residual rate of pregnancy in special site was the highest among high-risk factors(uterine horn pregnancy),followed by uterine operation history≥3 times.Other uterine diseases can be diagnosed and treated by hysteroscopy,such as intrauterine adhesions,endometrial polyps,incomplete mediastinal uterus,cervical tube polyps,previous caesarean scar defect(?)PCSD(?),etc.There was a statistically significant difference between the diagnosis of uterine diseases by hysteroscopy and ultrasonic diagnosis(P<0.05).The cure rate of hysteroscopy was much higher than that of direct abortion group and uterine clearing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative complications of hysteroscopy group<direct abortion group<uterine clearing surgery group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.Hysteroscopy has accurate curative effect,high cure rate,low complication rate and fast postoperative recovery for patients with high-risk incomplete abortion,which can become the standard surgical treatment for high-risk incomplete abortion.2.Hysteroscopy can simultaneously diagnose and treat other uterine diseases.
