Based On Data Mining Technology, Explore The Rule Of Using Acupoints In Wang's Pediatric Massage For The Treatment Of Pediatric Cough

Objective:Using the modern data mining technology to explore infantile massage therapy infantile cough commonly used acupuncture points,meridians,acupuncture points-core card type,use acupuncture point of acupuncture points-means,regularity and academic ideas,as concise infantile massage therapy infantile cough basis points,commonly used with acupuncture point and technique foundation,conducive to the popularization and application.Methods:Sorting into infantile massage therapy infantile cough primitive clan application cases in recent years,1924,after the standardization of data processing and application " of Chinese auxiliary platform 2.5" system,establishing database of infantile massage therapy infantile cough,infantile massage therapy infantile cough commonly used acupuncture points using frequency analysis,core points,the type-meridians,acupuncture points-the amount of stimulus,such as acupuncture therapy and acupuncture points-technique;Based on association rules,cough cough acupoint combination,acupoint-point compatibility relationship were analyzed.Based on the complex system entropy clustering method,a new combination of prescriptions for treating children’s cough was developed,which laid a foundation for summarizing the law of acupoint use in treating children’s cough with wang’s massage and condensing his academic thoughts.Results:(1)The age of onset of cough in children was 890(46.59%),which was greater in males than females.(2)Massage involved 78 acupoints,with a total frequency of 19,242.(3)Commonly used acupoints:the 15 acupoints with the frequency of>400(>2.1%)were ranked according to the frequency of occurrence,in order of lung meridian,abdomen,dan zhong,scapular,lung shu,spleen meridian,kai xuan ji,external sensation four methods,internal eight diagrams,ridge,large intestine,ying xiang,PI shu,bi tong,and tianzhu bone;(4)Core acupoints:9 acupoints with frequency of>750(>4%),lung meridian,abdomen,dan zhong,scapular,lung shu,spleen meridian,kai xuan ji,four methods of external sensation and internal gossip;the stimulation amount of core acupoints was 200 times of hands,100 times of back,270 times of abdomen and 5 times of kai xuan ji.(5)The manipulation is mainly simple,including six methods of pushing,kneading,rubbing,manipulation,kneading and kneading,with 11,455 pushing methods(51.84%).The compound manipulation is mainly xuanji;(6)The massage therapy in qing dynasty,repair,and sweat,temperature and method,in which most method clear,this may associated with infantile cough for more heat syndromes and empirical;(7)The upper extremity acupoints were the first(30 points/38.46%),among which the hand acupoints were the most(24 points/accounting for 80%of the upper extremity acupoints),followed by the waist and back,chest and abdomen,head and lower extremity acupoints.(8)There were 27 symptoms and signs of cough in children,and the 11 symptoms with frequency of>120(>2%)were set as common symptoms and signs:runny nose,sputum cough,pharyngeal redness and swelling,lack of food,nasal congestion,dry stool,poor sleep,loose stool,fever,phlegm in throat and vomiting;(9)Children’s cough syndrome-acupoint rules:according to the order of frequency,phlegm-heat cough(722 cases/accounting for 37.53%)is the first syndrome type,followed by wind-heat cough,cold and heat mixed with cough,phlegm-damp cough,qi-deficiency cough,wind-cold cough,Yin deficiency cough is rare,less than 1%;In this study,the first four syndrome-acupoints were analyzed,and the commonly used acupoints for syndrome presentation were summarized,including 9 points for phlegm-heat cough(lung meridian clearing,abdomen rubbing,dan zhong,scapular pushing,lung rubbing,spleen nourishing,xuanji opening,external sensation four methods,and shunyun internal eight diagrams).11 patients with wind-heat cough(lung meridian,abdomen rubbing,scapula pushing,dan zhong,four methods of external sensation pushing,spleen reinforcing,lung rubbing,xuanji rubbing,large intestine clearing,qingtian river water,tianzhu bone pushing);12 cold and hot mixed with cough(lung meridian,abdomen rubbing,scapula pushing,dan zhong,external sensation four methods,spleen tonic,lung shu rubbing,ying xiang rubbing,xuanji opening,shun yun internal gossip,nose pushing,clear large intestine);There were 11 phlegm-dampness cough methods(lung tonic,abdomen rubbing,dan zhong,scapula pushing,lung rubbing,spleen nourishing,xuanji opening,shunyun internal eight diagrams,chiropractic,spleen rubbing and external sensation);(10)Association rule analysis was applied to obtain 6 common acupoint combinations:lung debridder-abdomen,lung debridder-danzhong,lungdebridder-scapular,dan zhong-abdomen,dan zhong-scapular,lung debridder-dan zhong,etc.(11)six candidate new acupoint prescriptions on children’s cough were obtained by complex selected(qing lung,the abdomen,push the shoulder blade,knead lung in shan yu,tonifying spleen,kai xuan ji,these four,shipped in gossip)as a foundation for infantile massage therapy infantile cough,and according to the infantile cough syndrome,and disease,the common points,syndrome with acupuncture point,composition,choose acupuncture point of New Zealand for compatibility,has important clinical significance;(2)the cough syndrome of children is mainly characterized by phlegm-heat cough and wind-heat cough,which are mostly treated from heat and phlegm.(3)cough on the upper limb(hand)and thoracic back were more on the acupoints,which was related to easy manipulation on the lung and children’s hands on the cough;(4)core acupoints-xuanji and abdominal friction-are characteristic on wang’s cough for children.(5)the combination of the core acupoints,new prescription and acupoints formed by the coagulation mainly focuses on the points of warming the lung to reduce phlegm and strengthening the spleen at clearing damp,which is the clinical experience application of wang Lao’s treatment of children’s cough with emphasis on "warming phlegm" and"regulating the spleen",so as to dissolve phlegm with gelatine-solid from the source of origin,and phlegm elimination leads to the self-healing of cough.
