Study On Diagnosis And Treatment Of Functional Diarrhea Based On Data Mining

Objective: To explore the syndrome of functional diarrhea and the rule of medication,so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment and scientific research.Methods: The related medical records of functional diarrhea were collected through the China knowledge Network and ancient and modern medical records cloud platforms,and the data were standardized and analyzed by SPSS 25.0.Carry on the frequency analysis of the general data and syndrome,and excavate their distribution characteristics.Carries on the frequency and systematic cluster analysis of general high frequency treatment drugs and excavates the treatment principles and common treatment methods.Carry on the systematic clustering and K-means clustering to the high-frequency drugs of different syndrome types,mine the common drug pairs and core drug combinations,and mine the classical prescription.Results: 107 medical records were included.The common syndrome types of functional diarrhea are as follows: spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency dampness syndrome,and spleen deficiency damp-heat syndrome.The commonly used drugs for treatment are Poria cocos,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,grilled licorice,Codonopsis pilosula,tangerine peel,wood incense,licorice,etc.,with flat and warm medicine,sweet and pungent taste,spleen meridian and heart meridian,and drugs for tonifying deficiency.The overall high-frequency drug system was clustered into5 categories.The commonly used drugs for spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome are Codonopsis pilosula,licorice,wood incense,dried ginger,licorice,psoralen,tangerine peel,4 groups of commonly used drugs,3 groups of core drugs,Poria cocos,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,grilled licorice,tangerine peel,yam,wood incense,Radix Pseudostellariae,Codonopsis pilosula,6 groups of common drugs,and 3 groups of core drugs.The commonly used drugs for liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome are Poria cocos,tangerine peel,Codonopsis pilosula,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,licorice,white peony,Bupleurum,cassia twig,Coptis chinensis,Pueraria lobata,common medicine pair 5 groups,core drug combination 3 groups;spleen deficiency dampness syndrome commonly used drugs are Poria cocos,Amomum villosum,Atractylodes macrocephala,wood incense,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,fried ginger,tangerine peel,Radix Pseudostellariae,3 groups,core drug combination 2 groups.The commonly used drugs for spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome are Poria cocos,Pueraria lobata,Coptis chinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz,and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.Conclusion: The treatment principle of functional diarrhea is Gandanping to invigorate the spleen,pungent and warm qi to dissolve dampness,invigorate heart yang to help spleen yang,and clear yang to disperse water dampness.The common treatment methods are invigorating the spleen and resolving dampness,clearing heat and promoting dampness,soothing the liver and promoting qi,warming yang and resolving dampness,regulating qi and solid removal,warming meridians and replenishing deficiency.In the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,the base prescription of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome was Yigong San combined with Sini decoction;the spleen and stomach weakness syndrome was based on Shenling Baizhu Powder and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction;the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome was based on Yigong San and Huanglian decoction;the spleen deficiency syndrome was based on Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction;and the spleen deficiency dampness-heat syndrome was based on Gegen Huangqin Huanglian decoction and Zhenren Yangzang decoction.
