Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Laolin With Medicinal Mud Moxibustion At Baliao Acupoint Area Combined With Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of combined acupuncture with medicine and mud moxibustion in the Baliao acupoint area on the treatment of Laolin,to comprehensively evaluate its clinical efficacy,to investigate the clinical idea of combined acupuncture with medicine and mud moxibustion in the Baliao acupoint area on the treatment of Laolin,and to provide a clinical basis for combined acupuncture with medicine and mud moxibustion in the Baliao acupoint area on the treatment of Laolin.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with medicinal mud moxibustion in the Baliao acupoint area,and the control group was treated with acupuncture alone,with 30 patients in each group and the treatment course was 2 weeks.The patients’ quantitative TCM evidence points and laboratory indexes(urine sediment leukocyte count and urine bacterial culture)were statistically analyzed to observe and compare the differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups,so as to provide safe and effective treatment methods and more detailed treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of Laolin.Results:1.The observationt group was better than the control group in improving urinary frequency,urgency,painful urination,nocturia,and lumbar pain(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups in small abdominal pain,cold fear,and tiredness(P>0.05).2.Laboratory indexes:① urine sediment leukocyte count:compared within the group,both groups could significantly reduce the urine sediment leukocyte count after treatment(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;compared between the groups,there was no statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).②urine bacterial culture results:the rate of urine bacterial culture turning negative in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.3.Chinese medical evidence efficacy:the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.1%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 82.14%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.urinary bacteriological efficacy:the urinary bacterial clearance rate was 89.65%in the observation group and 64.28%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture with mud moxibustion and acupuncture in the Baliao acupoint area could improve the symptoms of straining gonorrhea,and the former was more effective in relieving the clinical symptoms of Laolin and improving the relevant laboratory indexes with stronger anti-inflammatory effects,which could improve the quality of life of patients and provide a broader therapeutic idea for the treatment of such diseases.
