| Objectives:To observe the curative effect of addition and reduction in patients with coronary heart disease with anxiety,and objectively evaluate the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease with anxiety.Methods:Using randomized and controlled experimental methods,30 patients with sputum-heat mixed coronary heart disease with anxiety treated in the outpatient department and ward of the First Health Department of Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected,and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number method.The control group was given routine treatment for coronary heart disease,and made appropriate adjustments to the drugs according to the condition.Other complications of patients,such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus,can be given symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the treatment group gave small trapped chest soup and warm gallbladder soup,and compared the efficacy after 4 weeks of continuous treatment.During the trial period,other anti-anxiety drugs were not allowed.The score of chest(stuffy)pain symptoms,HAMA scale score and TCM syndrome score of each group were recorded in detail,and adverse events were recorded to assess safety indicators.And use SPSS26.0 to analyze the above data.Results:1.Thoracic(stuffy)pain points:before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two thoracic(stuffy)pain points(P>0.05);after treatment,comparing the two groups(P<0.05),the thoracic(stuffy)pain points in the treatment group significantly decreased compared with the control group.2.HAMA score:there was no statistically significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,between the two groups(P<0.05),the HAMA score between the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group.3.TCM syndrome score:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the two groups were compared(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome score between the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group.4.No adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment process.Conclusion:The soup can improve the clinical effect of coronary heart disease with anxiety,improve the anxiety state of patients,improve the quality of life,and have good safety,and provide a new method for clinical treatment. |
