Distribution Of TCM Syndrome Elements In Anxiety State After PCI For Coronary Heart Disease

ObjectiveUsing the syndrome element differentiation system,this paper analyzes the distribution law of TCM syndrome elements of anxiety after PCI for coronary heart disease,and provides a reference for the standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation of anxiety after PCI for coronary heart disease.MethodsThe subjects were patients with anxiety after PCI in the Department of Cardiology of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to January 2023.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,99 cases were included in this study.The researcher collects the general information and four diagnostic data through bedside inquiry and physical examination of patients who meet the inclusion criteria,combined with the medical record data and inspection results of the inpatient medical record system,and than accurately fill in the syndrome element diagnosis form for syndrome element diagnosis.The syndrome element diagnosis table is formulated with reference to the scoring scheme of the syndrome element scale in Zhu Wenfeng’s Syndrome Element Differentiation.The researchers established EXCEL database for the extracted syndrome elements of disease location and disease nature of TCM,and applied statistical software SPSS25.0 for statistical analysis.Results(1)Distribution characteristics of disease location syndrome elements: According to the occurrence frequency of various TCM disease location syndrome elements,the order is from high to low: heart(59)>liver(54)>spleen(24)>lung(10)>kidney(3)>gallbladder(1).There was no statistical difference in the distribution of syndrome elements in different disease location between men and women(P>0.05).There are a total of 14 combinations of disease location syndrome elements,of which the top five are: heart(24)>heart+liver(21)>liver+spleen(13)>liver(13)>heart+spleen(6).From the perspective of the number of syndrome elements combination,the syndrome elements of double disease sites(50)>single disease site(41)>three disease sites(2)>four disease sites(1).Among the syndrome elements of double disease positions,the top three are heart+liver(21)>liver+spleen(13)>heart+spleen(6).The frequency sequence of single disease location syndrome elements is: heart(24)>liver(13)>spleen(3)>lung(1).(2)Distribution characteristics of disease syndrome elements: The frequency of occurrence of various TCM disease syndrome elements is blood stasis(60)>phlegm(44)>qi stagnation(31)>qi deficiency(24)>yin deficiency(5)>dampness(3)>(fire)heat(1).There was no statistical difference in the distribution of various disease syndrome elements between men and women(P>0.05).There are 17 combinations of disease-related syndrome elements,of which the top six are:blood stasis+phlegm(20)>qi stagnation+blood stasis(15)>blood stasis(12)>qi deficiency+blood stasis(10)>qi stagnation(8)=phlegm(8).In terms of the number of syndrome elements combination,the syndrome elements of double diseases(64)>the syndrome elements of single disease(33)>the syndrome elements of three diseases(2).Among the syndrome elements of double diseases,the first three are blood stasis+phlegm(20)>qi stagnation+blood stasis(15)>qi deficiency+blood stasis(10).The first three syndromes of single disease are blood stasis(12)>qi stagnation(8)=phlegm(8).(3)The 13 syndrome elements included were imported into SPSS statistics 25.0 for cluster analysis,and were clustered into the following five categories: The first type is gallbladder,heat,dampness and spleen.The second category is kidney,qi deficiency and yin deficiency.The third category is heart,phlegm and lung.The fourth category is liver and qi stagnation.The fifth category is blood stasis.ConclusionThe distribution of TCM syndrome elements of anxiety after PCI for coronary heart disease is mainly responsible for the heart,liver and spleen.In terms of disease nature,blood stasis,phlegm,qi stagnation and qi deficiency are the main pathological changes.Its syndrome types are mainly blood stasis,liver stagnation and qi stagnation,phlegm stagnation,spleen and kidney yang deficiency.For the treatment of this disease,on the basis of focusing on promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,removing phlegm and turbidity,we should pay attention to soothing the liver and resolving depression,taking into account strengthening the spleen and kidney,and treating both symptoms and symptoms together.
