| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Granules combined with the five elements music of jiao tune in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands of liver-qi stagnation type.Methods: 60 cases of patients with liver depression and qi stagnation type lactation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to 1:1 ratio.The treatment group was treated with Shugan granules combined with the five elements music of jiao tune,and the control group was treated with Shugan granules.One menstrual cycle was a course of treatment,and two consecutive courses of medication were taken.Breast pain self-rating score,mass score,concomitant symptom score and SAS score were recorded before and after treatment.SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results :(1)The pain improvement rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and 79.3% in the control group.Symptom improvement rate: 92.9% in treatment group and 75.9% in control group.(2)Visual Analogue Scale(VAS): The scores of the treatment group were 5.36±1.870 points before treatment,2.21±1.315 points after treatment,the control group scored were 5.45±1.993 points before treatment and 3±1.558 points after treatment.The scores of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(3)Days of pain: 7.07±2.418 days before treatment in the treatment group,3.25±1.818 days after treatment,7.14±2.669 days before treatment in the control group,4.45±2.148 days after treatment in the control group,the scores before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01),and there was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(4)The score of mass size was 5.14±2.289 points before treatment and 2.57±1.952 points after treatment in the treatment group,5.17±2.391 points before treatment and 3.93±2.549 points after treatment in the control group.The score difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P<0.01),and there was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(5)Mass hardness score: the treatment group was 5.25±2.398 points before treatment,2.68±2.056 points after treatment,the control group was 5.28±2.359 points before treatment,4.03±2.442 points after treatment,the score difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P<0.01),and there was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(6)mass range integral: The scores of the treatment group were 5.46±2.950 points before treatment,3±2.582 points after treatment,the control group scored were 5.48±3.112 points before treatment and 4.66±3.362 points after treatment,and the scores of the treatment group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01),while the scores of the control group were different before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(7)Total mass score: the treatment group15.86±4.751 points before treatment,8.36±5.794 points after treatment,the control group 15.93±5.444 points before treatment,12.62±6.868 points after treatment,the score difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P<0.01),there was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(8)Accompanying symptom score: the treatment group 15.07±4.163 points before treatment and 7.71±3.113 points after treatment,the control group 15.24±5.054 points before treatment and 10.28±4.399 points after treatment.The scores of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(9)Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores: The scores of the treatment group were 49.82±13.974 points before treatment,37.57±8.284 points after treatment,the control group scored were 50.31±13.153 points before treatment and 46.41±12.949 points after treatment,and the scores of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shugan granules combined with the five elements music of jiao tune have significant efficacy in alleviating pain,anxiety and lumps in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands ofliver-qi stagnation,and the overall efficacy is better than that of liver Shu granules,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
