Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with wheat moxibustion in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding with ovulatory dysfunction of spleen deficiency in reproductive age,in order to provide an effective and stable new treatment idea for the clinical treatment of this disease. Methods: Sixty patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulatory dysfunction of spleen deficiency at childbearing age who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with acupuncture(Zu San Li,San Yin Jiao,Xue Hai,Di Ji,Guan Yuan,Qi Hai,Bai Hui)combined with wheat moxibustion(Yin Bai),bleeding period once a day until bleeding stopped, menstruation regulation period from the 11 th day after menstruation to the 25 th day of menstruation, once every other day,for 3 consecutive cycles. The control group was given orally dydrogesterone tablets,10 mg twice a day during the bleeding period, for 5~7 days;Take 10 mg twice a day for 3 consecutive cycles from the 11 th day after menstruation to the 25 th day of menstruation. The time required to stop vaginal bleeding, basal body temperature type and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were observed. The recurrence of the patients in the third month after treatment was followed up,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: 1.There was no statistical significance in the comparison of patients’ general data(age and course of disease)(P > 0.05),and the baseline data were the same and comparable.2.Comparison of vaginal hemostasis time after treatment: The control hemostasis time and complete hemostasis time after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of BBT types: The bidirectional rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in the first month after treatment(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: The scores of major and minor TCM syndroms of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant, and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of TCM efficacy: the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,and the difference in effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of recurrence: The telephone follow-up at 3 months after the end of treatment showed a recurrence rate of 6.67% in the observation group and 26.67% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion and oral administration of Didroprogesterone tablet can effectively improve the vaginal bleeding in the bleeding period of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to spleen deficiency at childbearing age, regulate basal body temperature, and reduce the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion group is better than Didroprogesterone group.
