Based On Data Mining Analysis Of Professor Cai Pingping Treatment Of Diminished Ovarian Reserve Medication Rule And Experience

Objective: On the basis of collecting and sorting out the outpatient cases of Professor Cai Pingping treatment of Diminished ovarian reserve,this research explores Professor Cai Pingping clinical diagnosis and treatment of Diminished ovarian reserve by using data mining techniques,frequency analysis,association rules analysis,cluster analysis.To summarize Professor medication experience and clinical thinking,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment experience and methods.Methods: This topic by collecting May 1,2019 to November 30,2020 Professor Diminished ovarian reserve outpatient cases,in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were screened,a total of75 cases that meet the standard criteria were selected and a total of196 Chinese medicine prescriptions were involved.Establish a prescription database for the treatment of hypoovarian reserve function by the tutor through Excel,and according to the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2015 edition)and Chinese Pharmacy,data entry and standardized processing were performed on the name,efficacy,meridian return,four qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.Statistical software SPSS 26.0and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to conduct frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis for prescription drugs,and the results were interpreted and analyzed.Summarize the medication rule and clinical experience of the instructor in the treatment of Diminished ovarian reserve.Results:(1)This topic included 196 prescriptions,215 total drug,drug use frequency of 2946 times,always use frequency,in the top 20 drugs dodder,poria cocos,dangshen,yam,angelica,fructus lycii,cornus,cortex moutan,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,salvia miltiorrhiza,rehmannia root,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,safflower,radix paeoniae rubra,rhizoma anemarrhenae,tortoiseshell,Radix paeoniae rubra,liquorice,rhizoma cyperi,Desertliving Cistanche.(2)Pharmacological analysis found a total of 5 types of medicinal properties,the use of the most flat drug,followed by cold and warm drugs.From the analysis of drug properties and flavors,the most frequent use of sweet drugs.In the analysis of drugs found that involved 12,the most traditional Chinese medicine to the liver meridian and kidney meridian,next the spleen meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian.And the use of drugs on tthe six hollow organs is far less than the drugs into the five internal organs.Based on the efficacy of the drug,defect-tonifying drugs are the most commonly used drugs,followed by drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and drugs for clearing heat.(3)There were 22 second-order association rules composed of two drugs,among which the highest degree of support was yam → Cornus officinalis,and the highest degree of confidence was Cornus officinalis →deer-horn glue.In the third-order association rules,the highest degree of support was yam → rhizoma anemarrhenae + Cornus officinalis in the drug combination with 100% confidence.In the fourth-order association rules,the confidence degree of yam→radix paeoniae alba + Cornus officinalis + poria cocos was 100%,and the support degree was the highest.(4)Based on cluster analysis,the following three clustering results were obtained by taking the distance coefficient 20 as the cut-off point.Ⅰ: yam,cornus officinalis,Fructus Lycii,radix paeoniae alba,fructus ligustri lucidi,herba ecliptae,vinegar tortoise shell,rhizoma anemarrhenae,radix rehmanniae,poria cocos;Ⅱ: rehmannia glutinosa,coastal glehnia root,desertliving cistanche,Codonopsis pilosula,astragalus root,epimediumrhizoma cyperi,radix achyranthis bidentatae,dodder;Ⅲ: angelica sinensis,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,Rhizoma Atractylodis,radix glycyrrhizae,safflower,peach kernel,Salvia miltiorrhiza,radix paeoniae rubra,cortex moutan.Three groups of common drug pairs were counted.They are respectively for Yam-Dogwood,Angelica-Ligusticum wallichii and Ligustrum lucidum Ait-Eclipta prostrata.Conclusion:(1)The instructor treated the diminished ovarian reserve with mild medication.The medicinal properties of the drug are flat and warm,and the herbal medicines in a prescription of the drug is sweetness,bitter and spicy.Defect-tonifying drugs,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,heat clearing drugs have been used for many times.The most frequently used drugs are dodder,poria cocos,dangshen,yam,angelica,fructus lycii,cornus,cortex moutan,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,salvia miltiorrhiza,rehmannia root,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,safflower,radix paeoniae rubra,rhizoma anemarrhenae,tortoiseshell,Radix paeoniae rubra,liquorice,rhizoma cyperi,Desertliving Cistanche.drug properties and flavors.(2)Common medicine combination can be divided into yam,cornel,wolfberry,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Ligustrum lucidum,Mohanlian,vinegar tortoise shell,Anemarrhena,Rehmannia glutinosa,Poria cocos;cooked Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Astragali,Epimedium Epimedii,antler frost,Acanthopsis vinegar,Radix Achyranthes bidentata,Cuscuta,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Safflower,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Paeoniae rubra,Peony.A group of tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation,promoting endometrial growth,promoting follicle growth and improving egg quality;a group of warming kidney and strengthening yang,regulating qi and warming yang,promoting egg excretion,warming kidney and invigorating spleen,improving luteal function to help pregnancy;A group of blood circulation and blood stasis to regulate menstruation.(3)The tutor believes that deficiency of liver,kidney and spleen is the basic pathogenesis of the disease,and then the dysfunction of lung and heart is an important factor.In clinical treatment,the tutor has embodied the characteristics of liver and kidney simultaneously conditioning,taking into account other viscera,treating by stages,regulating emotions,preventing diseases and delaying aging.
