With the rapid economic development of our country and the accelerated reform of medical and health system,medical undertakings are realizing rapid development,but the doctor-patient relationship is walking on thin ice.According to the White Paper on the Practice of Chinese Doctors,more than half of doctors have experienced doctor-patient disputes of varying degrees,and the professional environment for doctors is worrying.At the same time,in recent years,frequent incidents of violent injuries to doctors have seriously threatened the lives of medical workers,bruised their medical beliefs,affected the normal operation of the hospital,and also damaged the interests of patients.It can be seen that a good doctor-patient relationship is crucial to the development of the hospital,the physical and mental health of both sides and the social harmony.Trust is the key factor of doctor-patient harmony,at this stage,the patient’s trust falling to the doctor,the deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship has become disharmonious factors in the process of harmonious society,is the social ills,urgently to be solved in this relationship to a doctor can be at ease working,patient can set his mind at to go to a doctor,more prosperity and healthy development of the relationship between the medical and health undertakings in our country.At the same time,with the rapid development of social media,more and more doctors use social media to communicate with patients in order to rebuild a good doctor-patient relationship and enhance patients’ trust in doctors.The reconstruction of doctor-patient trust has seen a new turning point.Therefore,under the background of patients’ decreasing trust in doctors and increasing tension in doctor-patient relationship,it is of practical significance to explore whether trust intervention based on social media can really effectively improve patients’ trust in doctors,the specific intervention factors that affect the construction of trust,and whether there are optimization countermeasures.However,research on doctor-patient trust intervention based on social media is relatively lacking,and its shortcomings are also prominent.In the existing literature,the research method lays emphasis on logic and qualitative research is very few.These studies are insufficient to describe the complex path of social media-based patient-physician trust interventions.Therefore,the important issue of intervention drivers of patients’ trust in doctors on social media and the demonstration of trust-building facts need to be further explored.Based on psychological intervention theory,communication theory and information asymmetry theory,this study deeply analyzed the research and development status of doctor-patient trust intervention on social media.This paper focuses on three practical issues: "What are the driving factors of intervention for patients’ trust in doctors based on social media","how to construct the intervention model for patients’ trust in doctors based on social media",and "whether there is an optimized path for intervention for patients’ trust in doctors based on social media".Based on social media in the patient’s trust to the doctor’s intervention study is a complicated process,need to consider the various realistic factors,so this article USES the method of grounded theory research to the doctors and patients with two main text of the interview to 3 coding,eventually build contains four core categories,eight main categories,category of 21 initial psychological intervention model.It was found that the intervention of patients’ trust in doctors based on social media was led by medical workers and consisted of four driving factors: health promotion intervention,psychological counseling intervention,psychological treatment intervention and psychological crisis intervention.This intervention process runs through the early,middle and late stages of disease treatment,and has a positive guiding role in the formation of patients’ trust.In conclusion,on the basis of domestic and international relevant research results of this study,the innovative application of grounded theory research methods,based on social media in the patient’s trust to the doctor’s intervention problems were studied,based on social media depth describes the patient to the doctor intervention process of trust,based on social media reveals the patient’s trust to the doctor’s build path,The intervention drivers of patients’ trust in doctors based on social media were summarized,and a more targeted intervention optimization path was proposed.In this paper,the innovative qualitative research methods and based on the theory of social media in the patient’s trust to the doctor’s intervention model research results to fill the gaps in relevant research results,for medical workers to use social media promote the use of doctor-patient trust provides a reference basis,in order to reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,to restore trust and strengthen the patient to the doctor provides the help. |
