Objectives 1 Construct the "Questionnaire on Occupational Protection Knowledge,Letters and Practices for Outpatient Emergency Medical Personnel responding to public health emergencies" and test the reliability of the questionnaire.2 Investigate the current situation of occupational protection knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of medical staff in the outpatient emergency department of 12 hospitals in Hebei Province in responding to public health emergencies.3 Analyze the main factors influencing the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of occupational protection of hospital outpatient emergency medical staff in response to public health emergencies. Methods 1 From October to November 2020,through literature analysis, theoretical analysis and expert interview, the initial questionnaire on knowledge, trust and practice of occupational protection of outpatient and emergency medical staff in response to public health emergencies was constructed, and the Delphi method was used to conduct expert correspondence to determine the contents of the questionnaire.2 From March to may,2021,five hospitals of level I,level II and level III in Tangshan were selected by convenient sampling method to carry out the survey. The effective questionnaires of 244 medical and nursing personnel were collected by means of electronic and paper answers, and the items of the scale were screened by critical ratio method, correlation coefficient method and factor analysis method;Kmo test and Bartley ball test were used to analyze the validity. The reliability of the scale was tested by internal consistency reliability, split half reliability and test-retest reliability, and the final questionnaire was formed.3 From May to December 2021,796 outpatient and emergency medical staff were selected as the research objects to conduct a cross-sectional survey, and the questionnaire on knowledge, belief and practice of occupational protection of outpatient and emergency medical staff in response to public health emergencies was preliminarily applied, using spss26 0 software for statistical analysis, using frequency, constituent ratio, mean and standard deviation for statistical descriptive analysis;T-test,chi square test and analysis of variance were used for one-way analysis;Pearson was used for correlation analysis, and logistic was used for multivariate regression analysis. Results 1 The Questionnaire on Occupational Protection Knowledge,Letters and Actions of Outpatient Emergency Medical Personnel responding to Public Health Emergencies was constructed, which eventually contained 3 dimensions and 76 entries,of which 28 were in the knowledge dimension,30 in the attitude dimension, and 18 in the behavioral dimension.2 "Occupational Protection Knowledge,Letter and Practice Questionnaire for Outpatient Emergency Medical Personnel to Respond to Public Health Emergencies" : Through data analysis, the Cronbach’s coefficient of the questionnaire was0.975,the half-confidence was 0.757,the retest reliability was 0.935,the KMO value was0.911,the Bartlett spherical test P<0.001,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 59.172%.3 The preliminary application results of the Questionnaire on Occupational Protection Knowledge,Letter and Practice of Outpatient Emergency Medical Personnel Responding to Public Health Emergencies show that the total score of occupational protection knowledge, letter and line of outpatient emergency medical personnel responding to public health emergencies is 147.14,and the highest score in each dimension is the knowledge dimension, and the lowest score is the behavioral dimension;through one-factor analysis,it is shown that the general factors such as gender, age, marriage, education, occupation, and title are related to the occupational protection knowledge, letter, and professional title of outpatient emergency medical personnel in response to public health emergencies.Other factors such as whether there is occupational protection related knowledge on-the-job education experience, whether there has participated in the treatment of public health emergencies and whether the hospital protective equipment is complete, etc.are also related to the occupational protection knowledge, letter and line scores, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);through multi-factor analysis, the influencing factors of occupational protection knowledge, letter and line of medical staff are working years, age, whether there is occupational protection related knowledge,on-thejob education experience, title, gender, education level,Have you participated in the treatment of public health emergencies and whether the hospital protective equipment is fully equipped(P<0.001).Conclusions 1 The Questionnaire on Occupational Protection Knowledge,Letters and Practices of Outpatient Emergency Medical Personnel responding to Public Health Emergencies has good reliability and validity, and can be used as an evaluation tool.2 In some areas of Hebei Province, the occupational protection knowledge, letter and line score of outpatient emergency medical personnel in response to public health emergencies is low,and relevant training and norms are still necessary;3 The factors affecting the occupational protection knowledge, letter and practice of outpatient emergency medical personnel in responding to public health emergencies mainly include working years, age, whether they have on-the-job education experience in occupational protection related knowledge, gender, whether protective equipment is complete, professional titles, whether they have participated in the rescue and treatment work and cultural level of public health emergencies.Figure 6;Table 20;Reference 136...
