Research On The Government Public Health Governance Effectiveness And Government Credibility’s Impact On Public Health Safety Satisfaction

With the development of the COVID-19 pneumonia at the end of 2019 and early2020,public health safety has quickly become one of the hotspots and focus issues of general concern from all walks of life.Improving the public’s sense of gain,happiness and security in the field of public health is the ultimate goal pursued by the government’s public health governance.The improvement of public health safety satisfaction is undoubtedly a good connection between government governance and individual lives of residents.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to clarify the impact mechanism of public health safety satisfaction.However,it is found that there is a lack of research on the formation mechanism of public health safety satisfaction.Therefore,on the basis of learning from and summarizing relevant research results at home and abroad,this article puts forward the research hypothesis: the government public health governance effectiveness and government credibility have a structural influence on public health safety satisfaction.Based on the interpretation of related theoretical sources and concepts,focused on the field of public health,this research first proposed research hypotheses about the relationship between core variables.Secondly,this study uses the 2017 National Urban Public Security Survey Data to conduct an empirical analysis of the specific relationship and impact mechanism between the government’s public health governance effectiveness,government credibility,and urban residents’ public health safety satisfaction,and conduct an empirical analysis of the research hypothesis test.At the same time,through the structural equation model multi-group analysis,the differences in the influence mechanism between the groups grouped by different demographic variables were tested.On this basis,this research deeply analyzes the problems and reasons that exist in the process of government public health governance effectiveness and government credibility on public health safety satisfaction,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote public health safety satisfaction.In order to improve the public health safety satisfaction of urban residents,the government must change the concept of public health governance,guarantee public health governance resources,comprehensively improve the efficiency of public health governance,and continue to improve the performance of public health governance;at the same time,it must also strengthen information disclosure and strengthen political communication.Cultivate modern citizens,cultivate civic spirit,enhance government credibility,and give full play to the mediating role of government credibility in the government’s public health governance effectiveness and urban residents’ public health safety satisfaction.The research results of this paper mainly show that government public health governance effectiveness and government credibility have a significant positive impact on the public health safety satisfaction of urban residents.Government credibility plays a mediating role in the influence of government effectiveness on urban residents’ public health safety satisfaction.There are 3 figures,33 tables and 106 references in this paper.
