| Objective To investigate medicine compliance status and relevant affecting factors of young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients, and further explore the more reasonable method which could help to improve the treatment.Methods A total of 208 young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease in Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College between January 2009 to December 2013 were followed up. The questionnaire method was carried out to assess the patients’ general conditions, social supports, medication compliance, etc.and we have analyzed the above indexes with medicine compliance status.Results The study included 208 cases of young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients, including 131 male and 77 female.97 patients were with better medication adherence and 111 patients with poorer. Single factor analysis showed that two sets of figures are different in monthly family per capita income, living style, culture degree, CHD cognition and knowledge questionnaire scores and SSRS total scores, subjective support score. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that CHD cognition and knowledge questionnaire scores(OR= 1.469,95%CI:1.300-1.660, P<0.001), SSRS total scores (OR=1.110,95%CI:1.053~1.170, P<0.001), subjective support scores of SSRS (OR= 1.134,95%CI:1.054-1.221, P=0.01)and monthly family per capita income (OR=1.692,95%CI:1.031~2.776, P=0.037) were the independent influence factors of non-adherence.Conclusion Disease and medication related knowledge scores, support of social support and monthly family per capita income are important factors affecting the medication adherence of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease. |
