Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of local injection of Shaobei injection for axillary odor, and compare it with the small incision shear method for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis, provide a new scheme for the treatment of axillary odor. Methods:From September 2020 to March 2022,the data of patients diagnosed with axillary odor or fox odor in the Department of Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery and Medical Cosmetology of our hospital(85 cases)were reviewed, and according to the different treatments received, the patients were divided into group A(group receiving local treatment of axillary odor with peony injection)21 people and group B(group receiving small incision shearing treatment for axillary odor),and follow-up was conducted at 3 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment to evaluate the efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions, recurrence rate within 1 year and patient satisfaction after treatment.Results:1.6 months after surgery, the cure rate of group A was 80.95%,the total effective rate was 90.50%,the cure rate of group B was 15.62%,the total effective rate was 100%,and there was a significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups(P=0.000<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the effective rate(P=0.059>0.05).At 12 months after surgery, the cure rate of group A was 33.33%,the total effective rate was 66.66%,the cure rate of group B was 15.63%,the total effective rate was 98.44%,there was no significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups(P=0.114>0.05),and there was a significant difference in the effective rate(P=0.000<0.05).2.The incidence of adverse reactions, group A < group B(42.86% < 70.31%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the recurrence rate in group A > group B(33.33% > 1.56%),and the incidence of recurrence rate in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.3 months after surgery,Group A thought that the treatment was very satisfactory accounted for 90.50% of the total,Group B thought that the treatment was very satisfactory accounted for 35.90% of the total, and the satisfaction score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);6 months after the operation,Group A thought that the treatment was very satisfactory accounted for 81.00% of the total, and Group B thought that the treatment was very satisfactory accounted for 40.60% of the total. The satisfaction scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the year after surgery, group A thought that the treatment was very satisfactory accounted for 33.3% of the total, and group B thought that the treatment was very satisfactory accounted for 39.1% of the total, and the satisfaction score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Patients in group A showed atrophy and necrosis of sweat gland tissue in axillary pathological sections 3 months after treatment by peony injection, accompanied by local sweat gland tissue hyperplasia. Conclusions:Shaobei injection armpit local injection has a certain effect in treating axillary osmidrosis;Compared with the small incision shear surgery for axillary odor, the postoperative complication rate is small, the short-term(6 months)treatment effect is good and the patient satisfaction is high, but the recurrence rate within 1 year is higher than that of surgical treatment, and the long-term(1 year)patient satisfaction is lower than that of surgical treatment.
