Research On The Law Of Prescription Medication Based On The Medical Case Of The Qing Dynasty

Objective:Through the collection and collation of medical cases of paralysis in Qing dynasty medical works,this study uses statistical methods to objectiveize the prescription and medication rules of Qing dynasty paralysis medical cases,and explores the evidence and treatment rules of Qing dynasty paralysis,in order to provide reference for clinical identification and treatment of paralysis.Methods:Based on the 482 ancient Qing dynasty documents in the bibliography stipulated by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine "Special Project for the Inheritance of Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Characteristic Technologies",combined with the "Chinese Medical Examination Examination","General List of Ancient Books of Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine" and the library resources of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,etc.,search for relevant Qing dynasty paralysis medical cases and establish a Qing dynasty paralysis medical case database.Using Excel,SPSS and other statistical software to analyze the frequency,frequency,association rules and clustering of medical prescriptions,analyze and discuss the data results in combination with the relevant medical paralysis theory,and explore the law of Qing dynasty paralysis and treatment.Results:1.Analysis of medical case evidence type: This study collected a total of 671 cases of medical cases of paralysis in the Qing Dynasty,997 consultations,and 987 prescriptions in medical cases of paralysis,of which 680 prescriptions were prescriptions for empirical paralysis,accounting for about 68.90%,including 258 prescriptions for rheumatic and wet paralysis,248 prescriptions for rheumatic fever and174 prescriptions for sputum and stasis obstructive paralysis.There were 307 prescriptions for false medical cases,accounting for about 31.10%,including 135 prescriptions for qi and blood deficiency and 172 prescriptions for liver and kidney deficiency paralysis.2.Drug efficacy statistics: Through the classification and statistics of the overall efficacy of prescription drugs taken in the paralysis,it was found that rheumatic drugs,deficiency drugs and water and moisture drugs were used more.The efficacy of prescription drugs in different types of paralysis was classified and statistically collected,and it was found that the treatment of rheumatic and wet paralysis was mainly rheumatic drugs,deficiency medicines,anti-epilepsy drugs,and water and moisture drugs.For the treatment of rheumatic fever paralysis,more water seeping drugs,antipyretic drugs,rheumatic drugs,anti-episodic drugs;For the treatment of sputum and stasis obstructive paralysis,rheumatic drugs,deficiency medicines,blood circulation and stasis drugs,and water and moisture drugs are used more;The treatment of qi and blood deficiency paralysis is mainly supplementing deficiency drugs,rheumatic drugs,anti-epilepsy drugs,and water and moisture drugs;The treatment of liver and kidney deficiency paralysis is mainly supplementing deficiency drugs,rheumatic drugs,water dilution drugs,and blood circulation and stasis removal drugs.3.Statistics of four qi and five flavors: Qing Dynasty physicians used multiple medicinal properties for the treatment of rheumatic and wet paralysis and phlegm stasis obstructive paralysis,and the medicinal taste was mainly bitter and bitter;The prescription of rheumatic fever paralysis is mostly cold drugs,and the medicinal taste is bitter and sweet;The combination of qi and blood deficiency and liver and kidney deficiency paralysis is multi-temperature,and the medicinal taste is mainly sweet and bitter.4.Drug attribution statistics: Qing Dynasty physicians for the treatment of rheumatic and wet paralysis,phlegm and stasis obstructive paralysis,qi and blood deficiency paralysis drugs mostly attributed to the spleen,liver,and lung meridians;Drugs for the treatment of rheumatic fever are mostly attributed to the lungs,stomach and spleen meridians;Drugs for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency paralysis mostly belong to the liver,kidney,and spleen meridians.5.Association rule statistics: through association rule analysis,the common drug combinations used by Qing dynasty doctors for the treatment of various types of paralysis were obtained,and the common drugs used in the treatment of rheumatic and wet paralysis included mulberry branch-angelica,bitter almond-laurel branch,aconite-laurel branch,etc.;Common drugs for the treatment of rheumatic fever are bitter almond-anti-self,anti-self-silkworm sand,Tongcao-anti-self-anti-self,etc.;Common drugs for the treatment of sputum stasis obstructive paralysis include Mianmengxuan-coix kernel,orange-red-banxia,musk-whole scorpion,etc.;Common drugs for the treatment of qi and blood deficiency paralysis include Qin Gang-angelica,Bai Peony-Angelica,Banxia-Baishu,etc.;The common drugs for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency parasis are mulberry parasitism-angelica,papaya-angelica,loofah-angelica,etc.6.Cluster analysis: Through the cluster analysis of commonly used drugs in various paralytic medical cases,5 groups of drug clusters for the treatment of rheumatic and wet paralysis,4 groups of drug clusters for the treatment of rheumatic fever paralysis,sputum stasis obstructive paralysis,qi and blood deficiency paralysis,and liver and kidney deficiency paralysis were obtained.Conclusion:In terms of the etiology of paralysis,Qing Dynasty physicians,on the basis of attaching importance to wind,cold and wet paralysis,believed that external heat and evil can also cause paralysis;He also believes that evil reality is a necessary factor for the onset of paralysis,and positive and false is the internal basis of the onset of paralysis;In addition,sputum and stasis are also important causes of paralysis.In terms of prescription drugs for paralysis,doctors often choose different treatment methods according to the prosperity and decline of evil qi,and when the treatment of evil qi is more prosperous,Qing Dynasty doctors often choose different anti-evil drugs according to evil qi,and often use corresponding tonic drugs,such as the treatment of wind and wet paralysis is mainly based on wind and cold and dehumidification drugs,and also uses products to support the right and benefit the disease;The treatment of rheumatic fever is mainly based on antipyretic and anti-dampness drugs,supplemented by products that strengthen the spleen and stomach;The treatment of sputum stasis obstructive paralysis is mainly based on wind and dehumidification drugs and blood circulation and stasis drugs,supplemented by products that strengthen the spleen and remove humidification and phlegm.If it is a person with a large internal loss and is unable to dispel evil spirits,choose the corresponding tonic medicine as the main one,with products to dispel evil,such as the treatment of qi and blood deficiency type paralysis is mainly based on qi and blood nourishing drugs,supplemented by products that dispel wind and dehumidification;The treatment of liver and kidney deficiency paralysis is mainly based on liver and kidney medicines,supplemented by products that dispel wind and dehumidification.In addition to mainly dispelling evil spirits and tonifying products,Qing Dynasty physicians also mostly identified and treated paralysis from phlegm and stasis,paying attention to the pathogenesis of meridian occlusion,emphasizing that those who have paralyzed evil should dispel evil channels,especially paying attention to the use of drugs that rationalize qi and activate blood circulation,believing that network communication will stop paralyzing pain.From the perspective of drug attribution,Qing Dynasty physicians treated paralysis from the liver,spleen,stomach and kidney,and used more drugs to return to the liver,spleen,stomach and kidney,and the physiological functions of the four are closely related to qi and blood generation and operation and muscular activity,so they are often used in medicine to supplement the liver and liver,nourish the spleen and stomach,and nourish the kidney essence.From the statistical results and the content of medical case diagnosis and treatment,it can be seen that the Qing Dynasty physicians ran the treatment principles of dispelling evil and correcting evil,channeling and relieving pain throughout the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of paralysis.
