Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Combined With Renal Anaemia With Ginseng Yangrong Tang Plus Reduction And Erythropoietin

Objective: In recent years,it has been found that the incidence of chronic renal failure combined with renal anaemia is increasing.This study provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of renal anaemia by observing the clinical observation of Ginseng Yangrong Tang plus reduction combined with erythropoietin in the treatment of chronic renal failure combined with renal anaemia.Methods: The source of cases was 60 patients with chronic renal failure combined with renal anemia who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to the Department of Nephrology of the Lu’an City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2022 to January 2023,and were randomly divided into treatment and control groups of30 patients each.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment of chronic renal disease combined with anaemia in Western medicine,i.e.dietary therapy,hypotension,blood glucose control,diuresis,swelling and correction of electrolyte disorders,etc.The control group was treated with erythropoietin,and the treatment group was treated with Ginseng Yang Rong Tang Plus and Minus formula on top of the control group.The efficacy of Ginseng Yangrong Tang in treating renal anaemia was clarified by statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of the total effective rate of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were 90.00% and 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of the total effective rate of Chinese medicine symptoms: the total effective rate of Chinese medicine symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were93.33% and 73.33%,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After 8 weeks of treatment in both groups,the TCM symptom scores decreased compared with before,and the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of anaemia indexes: After 8 weeks of treatment in both groups,RBC,Hb and Hct were all improved in both groups compared with before(P<0.05),and the efficacy of correcting anaemia in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of renal function indexes: After 8 weeks of treatment in both groups,Scr and BUN decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the efficacy of improving renal function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of safety indexes: No significant changes in liver function and ECG were observed before and after the two methods of treatment,and no adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion: Ginseng Yangrong Tang plus reduction combined with erythropoietin has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure combined with renal anaemia.It not only effectively improves the anaemia index,renal function index and TCM symptom score,but also effectively relieves the clinical discomfort of patients and improves the quality of daily life of patients with renal anaemia.
