Analysis Of Chief Physician Chen Wei’s Clinical Experience And Medication Pattern In The Treatment Of Chronic Cough Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:Based on the chronic cough patient information diagnosed and treated by Chief physician Chen Wei,the data mining technology was used to summarize the collected case information with the help of the data mining software of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the differentiation ideas and clinical medication characteristics of clinical treatment of chronic cough were obtained,in order to better guide the clinical practice.Method:From January 2020 to December 2022,the case information of patients with chronic cough diagnosed and treated by Chief physician Chen Wei was collected,and a total of281 cases and 603 consultations were selected that met the established waste standards.The medical case information that meets the standards is standardized and processed,entered into the "Clinical Medical Record Collection System V3.1",and the database of Chief physician Chen Wei for the identification and treatment of chronic cough is built,and then the data is imported into the "Medical Record Data Processing System V3.1" for exploration and mining.According to the excavation results,the diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication experience of Chief physician Chen Wei in identifying chronic cough were summarized and analyzed.Outcome:1.Through the analysis of the medical case data of 281 patients with chronic cough with a total of 603 consultations,the following is obtainedAmong the 281 patients sorted,98 were males and 183 were females,and females were1.87 times more likely to be males;both men and women of this disease were more common in the age groups of 31～40 and 51～60.2.A total of 603 consultations,with a frequency of more than 200 symptoms: cough,sputum,stool,napkin,itchy throat,white phlegm,yellow phlegm,dry cough,asthma,phlegm,and unpleasant sputum.There are a total of 10 kinds of tongue images,and the frequency is more than 100 times: red tongue,light red tongue,thin white moss,yellow moss,and white moss.There are 9 kinds of pulses,and the frequency of occurrence is more than 70 times: pulse slip number,pulse slip,pulse float number,pulse float,pulse string slip.3.A total of 12 types appeared in 603 consultations,ranked according to frequency:phlegm fever depression lung certificate 149,phlegm wet lung certificate 94,wind evil lung certificate 91,wind dry lung certificate 63,wind and heat offender lung certificate54,phlegm stasis obstruction lung certificate 36,liver fire offender lung certificate 28,stomach gas reversal evidence 27,lung yin deficiency evidence 26,lung and spleen deficiency evidence 19,wind chill lung evidence 11,lung kidney yang deficiency certificate 5.4.Commonly used high-frequency drugs with 30 flavors and heavy frequencies exceeding 200 are: earth dragon,licorice,hundred parts,aster,zombie silkworm,shizi,loquat leaves,reed root,zhuru,mulberry leaves,ginseng,lily,bellflower,swirling flower,burdock seed.According to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,there are 9 kinds of more than 100 frequency of use,and the top five are: phlegm medicine,deficiency medicine,Antipyretic medicine,anti-episodic medicine,liver quenching medicine.Commonly used drugs four qi order: warm,flat,cold,cool,hot;Five flavors in order: sweet,bitter,spicy,salty,sour,astringent,light.Most of the menstruations are:lungs,stomach,spleen.5.According to the data correlation analysis,commonly used drug pairs and horn drugs were obtained,and the top three drug pairs were obtained:(1)earth dragon and zombie silkworm;(2)Earth dragon,hundred parts;(3)Hundred parts,aster;Horn medicine:(1)earth dragon,shizi,zombie silkworm;(2)Earth dragons,zombie silkworms,hundred parts;(3)Zombie silkworm,loquat leaf,snag.Through cluster analysis,the common drug combinations were obtained:(1)ginger banxia,tangerine peel,coix kernel,schisandra and bitter almond;(2)Front beard,white front,loquat leaves,perilla leaves,wood butterflies,swirling flowers;(3)gypsum,mint,Zhejiang fritillary,astragalus,mulberry white skin;(4)Baibu,Aster,Earth Dragon,Zombie Silkworm,Jiazi,Licorice,Loquat Leaf;(5)Mulberry leaves,burdock seeds,reed roots,bamboo ru,lilies,bellflowers,and ginseng.Through complex network analysis,the basic core recipes were obtained: earth dragon,ginseng,lily,bellflower,loquat leaf,forebeard,mulberry leaf,licorice,aster,zombie silkworm,hundred parts,bitter almond,swirling flower,bamboo ru,mulberry white bark,and shizi.Conclusion:According to the results of data analysis,Chief physician Chen Wei etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment characteristics of chronic cough are as follows:1.Chief physician Chen Wei believes that lung qi deficiency is the root,qi imbalance is the foundation,wind and evil love the lungs are the cause,phlegm drinking is the effect,and blood stasis is the end.2.Differentiation focuses on the premise of dialectical treatment under the overall view of traditional Chinese medicine,dynamic differentiation according to the real-time situation,starting from wind,phlegm,deficiency and stasis to remove pathological factors,adjust the ventilation machine,and restore the function of internal organs.treatment to replenish the deficiency of the internal organs;Adjust the internal and external qi machine;The wind and evil in the scattered surface;discernment of phlegm;Transform the blood stasis of the meridians,and combine modern medicine to pay attention to the differentiation of diseases.3.According to the core prescription obtained by data analysis,it can dispel wind and circulation,moisturize the lungs and dissolve phlegm,reduce gas and relieve cough,and after careful matching,it can treat various types of chronic cough.
