Study On The Medication Regularity Of Professor Zhang Xuexin In The Treatment Of Hypertensive Headache

Objective:To observe and record Professor Zhang Xuexin’s clinical experience in treating hypertensive headache;to mine Professor Zhang Xuexin’s law of medication and prescriptions in treating headache(primary hypertension)with the help of software data of "TCM Inheritance Calculation Platform(V3.0)",to summarize and analyze Professor Zhang Xuexin’s clinical experience in treating hypertensive headache,so as to provide more ideas for TCM treatment of this disease.Methods:From June 2021 to July 2022,the data of hypertensive headache patients in the outpatient clinic of Professor Zhang Xuexin of the Department of Cardiology of Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.According to the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,elimination criteria and abscission criteria,90 cases of patients with hypertensive headache were finally obtained,and a total of 292 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines were counted.At the same time,the diagnosis and treatment process of the tutor were recorded in detail,and the curative effect of blood pressure and TCM syndrome were evaluated before and after treatment.The standardized prescription data are imported into the software of "TCM Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)",and data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis are used,and the analysis results are displayed from different angles in the form of tables and display charts to summarize Professor Zhang Xuexin’s medication rules and academic thoughts on treating hypertensive headache.Results:The total effective rate of blood pressure and TCM syndrome score of Professor Zhang in the treatment of hypertensive headache were 92.22 % and94.44 % respectively.The core prescriptions are 1 Shenling Baizhu powder addition and subtraction,treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome;2 Tianma Gouteng Decoction,treatment of liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome;3 Zhenwu Decoction,treatment of Yang deficiency water syndrome;4 Shengyang Yiwei Decoction,treatment of spleen and stomach weakness,Qingyang does not rise syndrome;5 Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction,treatment of rheumatism in the table.Commonly used drugs with the effects of tonifying deficiency,relieving exterior,clearing heat,promoting water and dampness,calming liver and extinguishing wind,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Tonic drugs: Atractylodes,Poria,licorice,white peony root,Codonopsis,Eucommia,yam,psoralen,Astragalus,Angelica,white lentils,ginseng,lotus;relieving drugs: Notopterygium,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Puerariae,Chrysanthemum,Fructus Viticis,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Asarum,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Cimicifugae;heat-clearing drugs: Cortex Moutan,Radix Scutellariae,Herba Lophatheri,Radix Rehmanniae,Fructus Gardeniae;diuresis medicine: Alisma orientalis,Hovenia dulcis,Plantago,Poria,Coix seed;pinggan Xifeng drugs: Bombyx Batryticatus,Uncaria,Gastrodia,Oyster;blood circulation drugs: Chuanxiong,Achyranthes;qi medicine: Muxiang,Chenpi;wenli drugs: dried ginger;phlegm cough and asthma drugs: Pinellia;antirheumatic drugs: Duhuo;anshen drugs: keel,fushen;humidification drugs:Amomum villosum,etc.Chinese medicine taste: its nature is mostly warm and cold,and its taste is mostly sweet,bitter and pungent.Chinese medicine meridian: spleen,lung,liver,kidney,stomach mostly.The core drug pairs are:Alisma + Poria + Atractylodes,Poria + Atractylodes,Alisma + Atractylodes is good at invigorating spleen and removing dampness;dangshen + Baizhu is good at invigorating spleen and replenishing qi;dried ginger + Atractylodes is good at invigorating spleen and warming middle;chaihu + Baizhu,Gegen +Chuanxiong are good at raising yang qi;notopterygium + Chuanxiong,Notopterygium + Bombyx Batryticatus are good at dispelling wind and relieving pain.Conclusion:Professor Zhang’s key points in the treatment of hypertensive headache are as follows:(1)pay attention to dispelling dampness;(2)Pay attention to raising Yang Qi;(3)Pay attention to the use of drugs to induce meridians;(4)Pay attention to the urgency and cure the symptoms.Professor Zhang’s academic thought in treating hypertensive headache disease:(1)the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation;(2)the classics are suitable for use and complement each other.
