Based On Data Mining Analysis,Professor Li Weiwei Used The Medication Rule Of Cough In Children

Objective: To explore Professor Li Weiwei’s medication rules and clinical experience in treating children with cough by sorting out clinical medical records,establishing a database,and using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform.Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022,the outpatient prescriptions of Professor Li Weiwei in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for children with cough were collected as raw data.Enter the original data into the system under the supervision of two people,establish a database,conduct inductive statistics on the other medicines,and summarize their medication rules.Results:According to the screening of inclusion criteria,a total of 6698 case prescriptions were included in this study,including 4102 cases of male children and 2596 cases of female children;most of them were between 3 and6 years old.A total of 4053 people,accounting for about 60.51%.In the statistics of syndromes,2582 cases(36.18%)of wind-cold invading lung syndrome,1084 cases(16.02%)of wind-heat invading lung syndrome,1034cases(15.28%)of lung-qi deficiency and phlegm-heat syndrome had the most distribution frequency;The top 10 herbs in the frequency statistics are: roasted licorice,yam,hawthorn,poria cocos,pinellia,fried malt,orange red,asarum,honey ephedra,and bitter almond.Through the statistics of the four qi,it can be concluded that there are more warm,calm and cold medicines,and the least hot and cool medicines.According to the statistics of the five flavors,sweetness is the most,followed by pungent and bitter.Meridians are mainly composed of three meridians:lung,spleen and stomach.20 core drug combinations were obtained after association rule analysis of the 6698 entered first prescriptions.Through cluster analysis,a total of 7 core combinations were obtained.Conclusion(s): Professor Li Weiwei for the treatment of pediatric cough,using the method of stage differentiation and body treatment.Exogenous treatment is evil;the key to internal injury is to reconcile the viscera,qi and phlegm.Each stage follows the principle of "removing evil and strengthening the right,regulating qi machine,physical recuperation".Summarize its two academic ideas:(1)proposed the etiology and treatment of "wind sputum syndrome" for pediatric cough;(2)neutral child safety.
