Research On Professor Zhang Fuli’s Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Benign Pulmonary Nodules Based On Data Mining

Objective: Data mining technology was used to explore Professor Zhang Fuli ’s medication rules in the treatment of benign pulmonary nodules.Combined with three years of experience with the teacher,Professor Zhang Fuli ’s academic experience and prescription essence in the treatment of benign pulmonary nodules were summarized in order to better serve clinical practice.Methods: To collect the case data of Professor Zhang Fuli ’s diagnosis and treatment of benign pulmonary nodules in the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to December 2022,to screen the cases that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and to construct the case information database.Collect the patient ’s date of treatment,name,gender,age,symptoms,tongue,pulse,and the first diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine prescription.After the collected patient information is unified and standardized,the information is entered into the Excel table provided by the platform and uploaded to the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform(V3.0)software system.The software is used to perform frequency statistics,association rule analysis,K-means clustering analysis,etc.on the input information.Combined with the experience of the teacher,the tongue,pulse and medication rules of patients with pulmonary nodules are studied and analyzed in order to refine and summarize the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor Zhang Fuli in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules.Results:1.Gender and age : Among 156 patients with benign pulmonary nodules,103 were female,accounting for 66.02 % of the total number of patients;there were 53 males,accounting for 33.97 % of all patients.The prevalence of women was higher than that of men,about 1.94 times that of men.The age was mainly concentrated in 40-69 years old,accounting for 84.6 % of all patients.2.Tongue and pulse : In terms of tongue coating : yellow greasy coating has the highest frequency of 85 times;tongue : red tongue appeared most frequently,18 times;the pulse string slip frequency was the highest,29 times,accounting for 18.59 % of the total pulse frequency.3.Five flavors channel tropism : The frequency of cold drugs(1034times)was the highest,followed by warm drugs(676 times)and flat drugs(439 times).The above three medicinal properties accounted for 97.77 % of all medications.Five flavors,mainly bitter drugs,sweet drugs and pungent drugs,the frequency of occurrence was 1237 times,1146 times,900 times,accounting for 93.96 % of all drugs;The main channel tropism of drugs was lung meridian 1097 times,spleen meridian 1008 times,liver meridian 911 times,heart meridian 858 times,stomach meridian 758 times and kidney meridian 508 times,accounting for 88.47 % of all frequencies.The efficacy of drugs was mainly tonic(789 times),relieving(461 times),clearing heat(373 times),resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma(325 times),accounting for 67.11 % of all efficacy.4.In the analysis of association rules,the ’ number of support ’ was set to135(accounting for 86.54 % of all prescriptions),and the ’ confidence ’ was set to 0.99.A total of 33 pairs of drug combinations were obtained,and the core prescriptions were : Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Fushen,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Herba Taxilli and Rhizoma Zingiberis.5.In the analysis of prescription composition rules,the ’ number of clusters ’ is set to 6,and 6 core drug combinations are obtained by K-means algorithm,which are : Group1: Ginger,Radix Ophiopogonis,Raw Licorice,Poria,Talxilli Herba,Atractylodes Macrocephala,Ternate,Radix Rehmanniae;2 groups: Ginger,Poria,Raw Licorice,Ternate,Atractylodes Macrocephala,Atractylodes Ophiopogonis,Radix Ophiopogonis,Talxilli Herba,Os Draconis;3 groups: Ginger,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Raw Licorice,Os Draconis,Poria,Radix Ophiopogonis,curcuma,Fructus Amomi;4 groups: Bulb of Thunberg Fritillary,Ternate,Ginger,Poria,Raw Licorice,Talxilli Herba,Radix Ophiopogonis,Atractylodes Macrocephala;5 groups: Ginger,Poria,Raw Licorice,Atractylodes Macrocephala,Talxilli Herba,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Rehmanniae,Bupleurum;6 groups: Ternate,Ginger,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Raw Licorice,Radix Ophiopogonis,Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Curcumae.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Fuli ’s high-frequency medication in the treatment of pulmonary nodules is cold,warm and peaceful;commonly used medicines are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent;the commonly used drugs are lung meridian,spleen meridian and liver meridian.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicine categories are tonifying deficiency,relieving exterior syndrome,clearing heat,resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma.The core prescription is: Radix Ophiopogonis,Poria,Raw Licorice,Atractylodes Macrocephala,Herba Taxilli,Ginger.2.When treating pulmonary nodules,Professor Zhang Fuli focuses on tonifying lung and spleen,drying dampness and removing phlegm,calming liver and descending adverse qi,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,and pays attention to protecting the spleen and stomach of middle energizer and regulating the qi movement of triple energizer throughout.
