| Objective: Taking Professor Lin Shouning’s treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia as the case study object,using the "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform(V3.0)",data mining Professor Lin Shouning’s medication rules in the treatment of functional dyspepsia is conducive to the inheritance and development of the experience of famous and old Chinese medicine,and provides treatment ideas and reference for clinicians in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods: from March 2020 to December 2020,300 cases of functional dyspepsia were collected from the outpatient department of Gastroenterology,Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine.The basic information of patients and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were entered into the "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform(V3.0)" to build a standardized database.The "statistical analysis,symptom analysis,tongue condition analysis,pulse condition analysis and prescription analysis" section of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance and calculation platform(V3.0)" software was used to analyze the basic information of patients in the database(including gender,age,symptoms,tongue and pulse condition,TCM diseases and TCM Syndromes),the four Qi,five flavors,meridian tropism and efficacy of drugs in the prescription,and the frequency,dosage and dosage of drugs in the prescription The results were displayed in the form of statistical chart and network chart,and finally the medication rules of Professor Lin Shouning in the treatment of this disease were explored.Results:1.Basic information: among 300 patients,138 were male and 162 were female.There were 81 cases(27%)aged 30-39,81 cases(27%)aged 50-59 and 65 cases(21.7%)aged 40-49.There were 156 cases of gastric distension and 144 cases of epigastric pain.The most frequent TCM syndromes were dampness stagnation and spleen stomach syndrome in 90 cases(30%),followed by cold and heat syndrome in 80 cases(26.7%),spleen and stomach weakness syndrome in 56 cases(18.7%),liver and stomach disharmony syndrome in 30 cases(10%),spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome in 21 cases(7%),spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome in 19 cases(6.3%)and spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome in 4 cases(1.3%).A total of 81 kinds of symptoms occurred,the total frequency of symptoms was2751 times,mainly with epigastric distension,epigastric pain,belching,loose stool.Tongue texture is mainly light red,red and light tongue,tongue coating is mainly thin white,white greasy and thick greasy,and pulse condition is mainly string pulse,string pulse and deep pulse.2.Prescription analysis: there are 138 Chinese herbs in 300 prescriptions,of which the four herbs are warm,flat and cold,and the five flavors are mainly spicy,bitter and sweet.The drug belongs to spleen,stomach,lung,heart,liver,kidney and large intestine.The drug efficacy is mainly physical and gas,deficiency,dehumidification,water infiltration and heat clearing.Among 138 Chinese medicines,the total frequency of drug use was 4620,and the top 20 were licorice,Chenpi,chicken inner gold,stir fried white,malt,semen,Poria,woody,Rhizoma,Herba ternata,Herba,Magnolia,Atractylodes,astragalus,dried ginger,Rhizoma,Rhizoma Rhizoma,Rhizoma flavescens,Rhizoma flavescens,yanhusuo,coix seed,tulip,cuttlebone and peony.Under the condition of 66.7% support and 0.95 confidence,10 core Chinese medicine and 453 drug patterns were obtained.The drug patterns with frequency of more than 230 times were obtained by combining liquorice,Chenpi,chicken inner gold,stir fried white technique,malt,granula,Poria cocos,woody and ginger Pinellia.The common drug pairs were: Chenpi-chicken inner gold,Chenpi-fried white surgery,chicken inner gold malt,Chenpi-granula,Amomum-woody,saute white-Poria cocos,Chenpi-ginger pinellia,etc.The association rules were analyzed on the basis of 453 drug patterns,among which 1102 high frequency association rules with confidence ≥ 0.95 and192 with confidence equal to 1.In the cluster analysis of 300 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,six core drug combinations were obtained,which were: Chenpi-chicken inner gold malt ginger Pinellia-Magnolia Magnolia-Buddhist hand;Chenpi-chicken inner gold-stir fried white art-wood fragrance-granula-licorice;ginger Pinellia-dried ginger-Huanglian coix seed-saute white art-xylem;Chenpi Astragalus-fried white craft-Poria cocos-chicken inner gold malt;Chaihu-Zhishi-Angelica-Chenpi-xylem;Atractylodes-Chen pi-ginger Pinellia-Poria cocos-chicken inner gold-stir fried white.Conclusion: functional dyspepsia is located in the stomach,involving the spleen,liver and lung.It is related to improper diet,invasion of external pathogens,emotional and internal injuries,and weakness of the body.Weakness of the spleen and stomach is the root of the disease,dampness stagnation of the spleen and stomach is the first,cold and heat mixed,liver and stomach disharmony is the second.The core of the treatment of functional dyspepsia is to regulate the balance of the whole body,treat in the spleen and stomach,at the same time,grasp the importance of liver and lung disease,regulate the Qi throughout.The basic principle of treatment is to promote qi and strengthen spleen,regulate qi and stomach,and treat according to syndrome differentiation.Spleen and stomach weakness to invigorate the spleen and stomach;spleen and stomach dampness to remove dampness depression,line stagnation and stomach;cold and heat mixed to calm the stomach and moderate,flat cold and heat;liver and stomach disharmony to soothe the liver and soothe the liver,spleen and stomach.Professor Lin Shouning pays attention to tonifying the spleen and stomach,regulating qi,strengthening the body and eliminating pathogenic factors,taking into account dampness,heat,cold,blood stasis,stagnation,deficiency,etc.,combining with classics,weeding out the old and bringing forth the new,being good at medication,rigorous compatibility,syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
